Halloween nightmare! went to eat here after a fun night in WEHO.

Food-​Burger (ground beef) NOT SEASONED
Fat Fries-​Uncooked
Drinks-​Great (came out the fountain, you pour YOURSELF) can’t go wrong with that
Staff Sanitary practices-​NOT-​Female staff (only female on duty) touched items, counters, then food, put spilled fries back in bag with hands, NO GLOVES, NO HAIR NET, NO HAT
Dining Cleanliness-​Poor-​dirty counters, and tables overfilled trash bins.
Customer Service-​Poor-​Staff yelled at waiting customers for not hearing there ticket # called
Location-​Great
Time visited-​around 2am so technically 11÷01÷15
Will never return to THIS location, been to 2 others, and the experience on ALL levels was much better,

There is no explanation needed for this Los Angeles famous hamburger joint. I came here with a friend just to pick up and of course I ended up ordering a burger for myself. The staff was great and we had our food within five minutes.
I had a vanilla shake as well as my large cheeseburger with steak fries and it was pretty awesome. My friend had the large burger with an egg. I was a little taken away that they dropped the king burger name.
I am a little sad that the shack down the street closed. I ate there most of my life. This Los Angeles institution still makes me happy when I eat here.

Fat Burger is a bit on the beaten side aesthetically. However, their burgers make up for everything else as they’re really good. The standard burger is large enough. I tried the Large and it was huge; I’m not sure if the XL and XXL are for a person or meant to be shared! Good burger though. The fries were not that great and the shake was on the weak side.

Come here all the time and just got attitude because I told them the drink wasn’t carbonated. After a few more sips I also noticed that the syrups were empty as well. I just asked for my money back for my drink and the guy helping asked a lady to help with the refund, and with me standing right there, she shook her head angrily and said I just changed it though!
Talk about service with no smile but plenty of attitude.

Belie average (for the price). well I hardly eat meat these days so I ordered the veggie burger with cheese b egg. I paid almost 14 bucks for but it tasted cheap and uncooked. too expensive for quality of food I had im not coming back

Happy National Cheeseburger day everyone! In light of the «holiday», I got a cheeseburger from Fatburger for lunch today. Man, it has been a while since I’ve had Fatburger. I don’t think I have had it since high school…
Their burgers are okay. I like how they different sizes for their burger and I thought their small was the perfect size. Their cheeseburger comes with your essentials — lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. The patty itself was a lot drier than I would like. The lettuce is shredded finely which adds a nice texture to the burger. Overall, it didn’t leave me in awe. More disappointed if anything…
I do like their skinny fries though. They’re thin and crunchy.
Plus is you can order before. This is great if you are eating it for a quick bite at work.

It doesn’t surprise me that people have complained about the customer service at this location. I am a frequent customer and this experience has probably made it my last. I’m writing on here to warn customers but my complaint does not stop here.
The business promotes calling in or placing your order online to beat the line. With that said, I called to place mine and was instantly placed on hold. Not a problem because with good customer service skills, you should finish with the person you are already helping then come back to the phone. Once Chris got back on the phone, he proceeds to take my order. He wanted to tell me how to place order that worked best for him and his system. Once we got past that, I asked him if he could read it back to me to make sure it was correct. He forgot an item and as he adds it to my order he rudely tells me «Ok, we have to make this quick because I have a line to get to.» One, I am a customer that deserves the same treatment as any other customer. A person who places an order over the phone shouldn’t be hurried off to help the next. After all, FatBurger promotes calling in or placing the order online to BEAT the line. I told him that my money is the same and he says, «Yea, but I can’t have the line all out the door and stuff.»
Now, I’m inside and I asked the young man if he was the one taking the phone orders. He says, «Oh you must be Candice.» I asked for his name and I asked for the managers name. He told me his name and told me Hans (the owner) name but Ellis wanted to interject and claim his title as the manager. As I wait for my order, I notice that Ellis wanted to stare me down. He starred at me so till I asked him if I could help him with something. Meantime, other customers outside of my ethnicity (African American) are receiving superior service from Chris (the cashier) but I’m having a starring contest with the manger all because I asked for Chris name as well as the managers name. I was shocked because I had no issues with Ellis but you can tell in his body language and facial expressions that he wanted to have a verbal encounter with me. He then yells at me and ask me what am I waiting for. I wanted to wait for Chris to finish helping the customer he was serving to pay for my order but that wasn’t good enough for Ellis. He throws my food on the counter, takes my card and then tells me to have a nice day. I was so offended that I could not eat the food. I just wasn’t sure if it was safe to eat.
I know that cameras are in there so if management needs to, they can review the footage for proof. I’m not surprise that some has already complained about Ellis and his pride. I hope FatBurger will do a better job with training their employees about treating customers that supports their business.

The veggieburger is fantastic ! It is good to have options for someone doesn’t eat meat.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked Ellis if the have combos because the menu was confusing me and he said very rudely that it’s on the menu and to look carefully. When I told him that was rude he said, «if you don’t like it, get out» I felt very disrespected. I will NEVER go here and I’m gonna make sure this punk gets fired

I’ve gone to this fat burger multiple times but today it was pretty nondescript. The meat had absolutely no flavor and normally the bun is okay this time it became soggy as I was eating the burger. It was dull and completely unsatisfying. French fries (skinny) were okay. I will give the place one more try but if it’s the same I won’t go back.

For some reason the burgers at this particular location seem to lack flavor? And they usually have some guys that work there and they are just not the friendliest

The only good thing about fatburger is their meat/​patty & their Onion rings. I personally did not like the texture of thr bread, it was a bit hard and chewy… not something I want to bite in to. Also tried my nieces grilled ckn, burger. .& I was Not impressed.

I came here today after work very hungry and I ordered a large hamburger with skinny fries and a fountain drink.
After the cashier charge me I put some tip as I always do in every restaurant I go.
The guy who was in front was friendly like others times .
When I got my hamburger I notice that the meat wasn’t cook enough (it was red in the middle)
I didn’t bite the hamburger at all. I just make sure it is cook appropriately to avoid health problems .
I went to the cashier and explained what I have and I request another meat (I told him I was willing to pay for that) and he agreed.
Then they were talking and the cook refuse to make another one .
I asked the cook very polite that I need another one. But he didn’t stop saying that he did it ok .
At the end, i replied it’s ok I am leaving .
I put my fries and my drink in the garbage.
I WONT EVER VISITE THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE. NO WAY.
I am at home starving
I SPENT $ 14 FOR NOTHING
IS NOT THE MONEY
Is about TIME WASTED.

This place is rude and racist. Me and my boyfriend came in a few weeks ago for the first time and were not greeted by the two young guys working, hardly spoke to, and took their time making our food. mind you we were the only ones there. We said thank you multiple times and no response, then a african american family walks in and they are greeted and even talked to the entire time their food was cooking… making it weirdly uncomfortable for us. On our way out we said goodbye and still got ignored… cool! the food wasn’t worth the experience. never coming back again, and don’t think anyone should if they want crap customer service

Super cool got there ten min before closing n everyone e there was with out attitude. Happy to serve lol definitely hit the spot

I will never stop coming to this awesome place!!! Thank you God for this wonder. The food is amazing and so is the cleanliness in which these people keep their restaurant.

Fatburger is Frying Meat and Taking Names.
I had a great meal here. Fries Hot and Fresh, boom. Double King (old FB lingo now called XXL) was hot!, juicy! and money! Real cookies and cream ice cream shake, nice for a change and treat.
