Jack is a sweetheart. Took really good care of us. My girlfriend and I are going to Hawaii and I needed new luggage so I thought why not try this spot downtown with good reviews. We went in the store and were greeted with genuine courtesy and were treated like we were old friends. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good deal on decent luggage. You can not beat the price — honestly.

I was planning a trip with 6 family members and we realize that we don’t have enough suitcases. I drove to downtown and got a great deal for 6 big suitcases and 4 small carry-​on.
It was great price and all the luggage survived the trip. Great quality merchandise.

Good place to shop for 360 luggage. The owner and helper are very polite. Made a good deal for 50 $ ask around the area and said It was very cheap and good brand to buy the one I got. Owner tell the truth hope the luggage will last. Thanks my man my gf love her new spin wheel luggage.

I came here based on the positive reviews I read on Unilocal.Very fair and friendly, no upselling. I told the man working what I needed, big suitcases that didn’t exceed the 62″ linear of the airlines, that I could use to bring a ton of stuff on my cross-​country move. Got two size-​adjustable rolling bags for $ 20 a piece. They’re not meant to last forever, but I’m pretty sure they’ll stick around long enough to do the job and will stash nicely. They’re nice looking too. Forgot to use the 10% off check in deal.

I found F&M Gallery on google as a luggage outlet over a month ago, and decided to check it out. I am really picky and I was looking for a very specific luggage size and color. As I went to the store I was immediately greeted by the manager, and other employees. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, they have a wide variety of colors and sizes so it is impossible to not find what you are looking for. The prices are really good compared to department stores and other places in downtown. I was traveling for a month and travelled to 7 places, the luggage is intact despite all the traveling, and although it is a cherry color, it didn’t get really dirty because of the peculiar fabric. I will definitely go back if I need a luggage again.

Just went here today and got recommended a bag for $ 45 bucks.
It looks nice, large, but at that price point I’m concerned after purchasing.
Hopefully if anything happens to it, they’ll replace it.
And being that this review is 1/​3, it’ll greatly affect their rating and future business referrals from Unilocal.
So I’ll leave this 5 star up, but I’m off to Florida tonight.

Preparing for a trip I went here for my luggage. The staff was very attentive and helped me find exactly what I needed. They have a range of inexpensive suitcases to more sophisticated suitcases; still less than $ 100. After my purchase I looked around other nearby stores and came to the conclusion that F&M had the best selection as well as pricing in the neighborhood!
