ive had this pharmacy for little over a year, no issues till just now, the employees are rude, can not answer a simple question on what my script increased in price, they pointed the finger at medicare telling me they charge what ever medicare tells them to charge, as most of you know that is just BS. I went to ccs medical, a lot friendlier people and 50 bucks cheaper for the same thing. Express, you all lost a customer

Customer service is bad. Each time I call or walk in, I either hear a sigh over the phone or I see their eyes roll. I’ve been ignored while waiting in line and it wasn’t even busy. The last time I picked up my medications here, I wanted to ask why the cost is always different and the guy in the front gave me such a nasty attitude! I was just asking. I’m going to find another pharmacy. They don’t know how to take care of their customers.

Was recommended this pharmacy by a friend. When I showed up for a prescription they didn’t have it invstock. The pharmacist Sloan told me they would have it the next day. I mentioned to her I wouldn’t be able to come in since I had to work an all day shift. She was very friendly and suggested that she can have the prescription delivered to the house. The only thing I would have to do is pay the driver. Fast forward to the next day. Driver showed up, paid him, and my fiancée had her prenatal vitamins. We’re about to get our 4th refill tomorrow. Every refill has been done by delivery so far. I would recommend them to all my friends and family for any prescription needs.

I called trying to refill a prescription. As I was talking, I was abruptly interrupted, «date of birth and name.» As I was telling her my date of birth, she abruptly interrupts again, and says, «Name?!» Jeez! Needless to say, customer service here is NOT friendly. I will not be returning here, I would rather deal with the lines at CVS or Walgreens.
