Eric is a miracle worker! My husband and I went through quite an ordeal to get his replacement wedding band. James Allen (where I got the original ring from) totally screwed us with their quotes and a local jeweler could not deliver the quality we sought. Blue Nile couldn’t handle the customization. I was very lucky to stumble upon Eric’s Etsy store. From start to finish Eric was super responsive and ensured I was updated every step along the way. He worked tirelessly with me on the custom design. Both my husband and I are really impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the final product and it was delivered in a timely manner. Eric really went out of his way to help us and his price is more than reasonable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I found EVS Designs and Eric through Etsy. I was looking for a truly one of a kind engagement ring for my now fiancé and that is exactly what I got. Eric worked with me in regards to maintaining my budget and was incredibly quick at replying to me whenever I had a question.

I absolutely LOVE my ring from EVS Designs! Eric was easy to contact and was more than willing to work around our schedules to make an appointment. He answered all of my questions and made sure we understood the difference between different stones and metals.
I was not looking for the most expensive ring ever and he was totally respectful of our budget. He never pushed us to go for a bigger stone or a more expensive metal, which was a relief. I had read reviews for other stores with pushy salespeople and was worried that Eric would be the same. But, he was the exact opposite. He just wanted me to find something that I loved and was comfortable with.
When the ring arrived, I was blown away by how perfectly it turned out. The ring was a little too big (NOT an error on his part; the thinness of the band made the sizing a little different than our original measurement) and I was worried about resizing it. He met with us as soon as we could come to his office and was more than willing to help us out. It was about an hour from the time we arrive to the time he had finished with the ring, and it is a seamless resize!
My boyfriend (or fiancé, I guess) and I have talked multiple times about how happy we were with this service from start to finish. I will definitely be referring friends and family to him in the future. Or maybe not. Can’t have them all walking around with rings that are as gorgeous as mine.

Words cannot truly explain how stunning my engagement ring is. Eric was an absolute joy to work with & was so responsive to my questions. The ring is delicate, intricate & truly breathtaking. I will never purchase from another jeweler & will tell everyone I know about him. Eric is the true GEM & I’m honored to wear a ring made by him.

EVS Designs truly provides excellent jewelry as well as outstanding customer service. The owner Eric is informative and knowledgeable about jewelry. I had a lot of questions at first before purchasing, and he took the time to answer every one of my questions to ensure I understood everything. The entire process took about 2 weeks to complete including consultation and choosing a design. During the entire process, Eric sent me photos, updates, and when the ring would be available and it was ready a little earlier than the arrival date :)
You can always customize the design of your jewelry (i.e. change the metal, stone, size, etc) The best part about EVS Designs is that they provide a high quality product at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend EVS Designs to anyone looking for quality jewelry.
