Emjay is literally a life saver! Everyone seemed to be messing up my eyebrows and my eyebrows didn’t even seem to match anymore. Emjay not only fixed my eyebrows, but also gave me a quick eyebrow makeup lesson. She basically knows what to take off and what to leave alone when waxing. I actually used to prefer threading, but not anymore! It’s been 3 – 4 months and my eyebrows are back to their long, thick, and matching selves! If you have a complicated shape and no one seems to be doing your eyebrows right, you have to go to Emjay!

I never got a call back. To me that shows some bad customer service. I guess I’ll never know about the eyebrows…

I searched Unilocal for eyebrow services and stumbled upon Emjay. all i can say is Whoo whoo. I got my brows done by Emjay today and I am so happy i finally went to a professional! She was very sweet, and knows her brows! I have very little eyebrow hair from younger years of overplucking and in recent years I’ve tried to grow them out but keep getting them hacked every time I visited a salon. Emjay took her time and I really felt like i was getting a lesson in brows, lord knows I needed it! Go see Emjay, clean, peaceful environment and a professional down to earth brow artist!

I love Emjay’s passion and expertise regarding skincare and eye brow shaping in particular. A few years ago I met Emjay and she worked her magic on me. I can truly say she changed my life. After she shaped my eyebrows for the first time many people made compliments about my look. I looked younger in general and people noticed. She is the ONLY ONE I let touch my eyebrows. I recommend her to all of my clients (I am a celebrity Make Up Artist) friends or anyone who needs a little eyebrow magic. I couldn’t rave more about her skills talents and knowledge.

Emjay is truly an eyebrow artist. I am not very good at taking care of my brows. I probably go in to get them done four times a year. I would not go anywhere else but Emjay. She sculpts, clips, waxes and dyes my brows to utter perfection. And for someone such as myself who doesn’t take great care of my brows, their shape lasts for a long time because she really takes the time to shape them to my individual face. I cannot describe how great they look. I get compliments on them every time I go in. I would highly recommend Emjay for all of your brow needs. She’s a great personality, a sweet human, and a wonderful technician. I’m completely stuck on her, and I wouldn’t trust my brows with anyone else.

Emjay is the BEST! I’ve had my brows «done» for years at my local nail salon, where they were over-​plucked in spots, and not the right shape for my face. Emjay showed me what my brows could look like when done by someone who knows what they are doing! Seriously, what a difference!
She explains how your brows SHOULD look. This is an art people, and Emjay is an artist.
She is extremely nice. She is the kind of person you could go grab a beer with. She’s not one of those pretentious Beverly Hills spa types. She won’t judge you or make you feel unworthy of her services.
Just be warned, she will make you grow your brows in, and will probably yell at you if you pluck in between!!! :) But it’s worth it.
DON’T BE A PLUCKER!

I don’t think I’ve seen my brows like this since, shoot, Ever! Emjay is truly an eyebrow artist. Not just a waxer, tweezer, etc, but an artist. I’ve had issues trying to find someone to make my brows go from huh — what? to WHOA!!!
I had her services while I was at the Unilocal Fresh Start event. I almost gave up hope getting a service done, but lo-​behold! There is virtue in patience!
We sat down and looked at my brows. She explained where my brows should start, end, and where the arch should be. Then she worked her mojo.
