This place is a profusion of pleasantness. The songs on the jukebox were wonderful even if the volume was cranked up a little too loud. The horchata was terrific in its peanutty deliciousness. The waitress was genuinely surprised that I could speak some Spanish and treated me like an interesting curiosity. The TV program was engaging and well acted even though the jukebox drowned out the audio. And the Carne Desebrada was flavorful and filling. All that on top of a restaurant with such a cool name? Say it out loud and I bet you’ll start thinking of the alphabet song.
