My floor suffered extensive water damage recently and a friend recommended Eduardo Saucedo for the repairs. Boy, am I glad they did! Saucedo did everything they could to accommodate my schedule and get the job done as quickly as possible. In four days they pulled out about 450 square feet of soggy floor and installed new floors and subflooring. (Full disclosure, they used pre-​finished wood to speed the process. If they had installed unfinished flooring then sanded and stained it in the house, it would’ve taken longer.)
The crew was organized and efficient and I was really pleased with the results. If you want quality flooring at a good price, call Eduardo Saucedo.
