I hate to write this review b/​c the owner is a very nice person and has done good dry cleaning work for us before.
But recently I brought her 4 drapes for alteration and carefully reminded her to launder, then shorten the drapes to match the one we pinned for reference. We got the drapes back and 2 were about 6 – 7 inches too short, and one was 4 inches too short, and one was the right length. On top of that, 2 of the lengths were crooked at the bottom. She admitted that she hemmed them and then hot laundered 3 of them after hemming. When I reminded her that she was asked to launder first, she just stared at me and wouldn’t take responsibility. Seems strange that the hot laundry would cause a 6″ alteration mistake as well.
When asked how she would compensate me for 4 drapes, worth $ 200 including her work, none of which match and 3 of which are too short to ever be used, she told me she’d give me «half off» our next alteration and save me like $ 10 per hem.
Don’t go here, it’s just bad customer service. If they wreck something too bad.

Began frequenting this place because it is across the street from Fresh and Easy. Dry Cleaners are rough in LA… they are either too expensive, mess up your clothes, or are jerks. I love this place. Locally owned Latino family owns and operates it themselves. Kathy always asks about my daughter when I don’t bring her in and is always very sweet to her when she comes. I bring about 20 pieces every two weeks in and they have done a flawless job. I’ve also had Kathy alter some of my husband’s pants along the inner seam and he has loved them!
Cash is preferred. You may use a CC for a fee or over $ 20 with no fee. Parking is easy enough.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT come here. They ruined my sisters caché dress and my sweater! The lady tried to blame it on me saying that’s how it was. No, liar. The dry cleaned clothes even had an awful smell. Please save yourself the time and your clothes. Avoid this place!
