Durango Auto Repair

I went to this place and these guy’s were very nice but… I went there to find out where an oil leak was coming from. They raised the hood and told me that my vehicle needs a NEW (not re manufactured) RACK AND PINION, OIL PRESSURE SWITCH AND 4 SENSORS. Now I know for a fact that IF the sensors were defective my check engine light would have came on. My check engine light works because it lets me know when I need oil, water and so on. I was quoted a price of $ 800.00 plus parts. This place was a complete scam. They thought that since I was a woman that they had a fool but I fooled them. Before I got in my vehicle to leave I asked about a business license and all of a sudden «me no speaka English» you spoke enough to try and rip me off. I would NEVER advise anyone to do business with these people. And to find out if the sensors are bad they were suppose to hook it up to a diagnostic scanner which they did not do but I need 4 sensors and an oil pressure switch, just by him raising my hood.

I have never met a honest mechanic. everytime I would get work done they would fix one thing but mess up another. not at Durango auto repair the service is beyond good there honesty amazed me, I won’t take my car anywhere else I truly love this place…
