I always come here for my gel manicures. The staff is friendly and they always do a great job (and my gels last usually 2.5−3 weeks). This place is a little small and fills up fast though so it’s good to come at an off hour so you don’t have to wait long.

Very satisfied with my gel manicure. It’s been over a week and it still looks brand new. Fair price for quality work. Will be making this a regular.

Came here last night spur the moment with my coworker. We work so close down the street which is awesome. I got a gel mani for about $ 23 which is a great deal! The lady hannah (I think that’s her name) did an amazing job and took her time. I will definitely be back here because of the prices and amazing results

I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here for years and never leave disappointed! Lin is one of my favorite employees but everyone is really nice and quick. I recently got my nails done and have fallen in love with how beautiful my gel nails turn out! Non-​stop compliments from friends and they last me a very long time! Wish surely be back for my new set and monthly eyebrow waxing.

Duke’s nails would have been a 4 star but the way they do business needs improvement. They need to keep track of how many people they tell to come back in ½ hour when the people already in there are still waiting ½ hour to finish or to start. Which leads to people getting passed on or forgotten. I waited 3 hours for someone to put art on my toes because there was only one person who does the art & she also kept taking the walk-​in clients who needed eyebrows… What’s up with that! AND I scheduled an appointment. Not going to return…

Horrible service! They create an uncomfortable setting for the customer. Not only is it an awkward setting but they’re actual service is okay nothing special about their nail design. After being unhappy with their service I decided to give this place another shot only because it’s so close to my house, but I called in to set an appointment and shortly after making the call a friend texted saying that they had me on speaker and began to make rude remarks about me… Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Henry is an amazing artist and so pleasant to be around. My first time getting a gel manicure and I’m addicted. Amazing artistry and quality. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Henry!

This is my favorite place to go to for my gel nails and eye brows in Eagle Rock, ALWAYS a job well done. The only down fall is that they are always taking walk-​ins so it is a little crowded, and a there is almost always a wait. Also, they take there time on your mani and pedi, but it is soo worth it. Best gel nails I have ever had.

I come here to get my gel manicure done by Henry. I would never go anywhere else. He always takes his time and leaves my nails looking amazing. Only thing is they do get busy so I would definitely call ahead or make an appointment.

I really like Minh who takes his time to do my nails. He gives excellent mani/​pedis. Ive had good experiences with him whenever im in this area. I like to tip him well since he always goes above and beyond, he is so humble and perfectionist. I wanted gel mani with 2 nail designs and pedi. I heard the girl said 6 bucks for the designs before he even started (in vietnamese), she said to charge me little more and he was just like let’s wait until we are done before figuring out how much. He’s so humble and nice. But the guy was struggling doing the design. He asked the girl for help but she brushed him off cuz she was busy, so I just asked for something more simple, triangle tips so he will have easier time. I would think it cost like getting french nails, like extra 5 bucks or what the girl said earlier, $ 6 if it is harder to do… one of the lady I guess called the owner who wasnt even there to ask for my total when I was finished… and the owner wanted additional $ 12, totally overpriced. They were speaking in vietnamese, i pretend not to understand since most of the time, people say i don’t look like it. I just love to hear what they would say… i hate to leave bad review especially when Minh is such good worker… i feel bad he has work with rude coworker who brushes him off and an owner who is not even there but can overprice services over the phone…

Duke’s Nails is the best nail salon I have ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few both in the Glendale and Eagle Rock area. Henry, along with all of his workers, pay so close to detail in regards to their manicures and pedicures unlike any other place. My nails are always even and the polish always covers the entire nail and only the nail. Both gel and acrylic nails last me up to 3 – 4 weeks still looking pretty decent. Their services, attention to detail, and great prices are the reason why I’m a dedicated customer and I won’t go anywhere else. You definitely will not regret this place!

Kim!!! Hands down is the gal for your pedi! I mean, she took her time with me. From the cuticle removal to scrubbing out my heel area! I use to live down the street from here. But I recently moved in the valley, but will def be driving all the way down here for her & refer her to all my family and friends! Thanks Kim!

First time coming here I usually go somewhere else … But I needed a pedi real bad n close to home… Came in for a quick pedicure. Got spa w Hanna .very nice lady… I loved it … Def will be coming here .

I’ve been getting a gel manicure every 3 weeks for the past 2 years. I try this place out and 2 of my nails chip within 2 weeks. That’s a first. Oh, and they keep cutting my skin. Never coming here again!

I mainly come here for waxing and occasionally mani/​pedi (only cause I don’t really wear nail polish)
Their bikini wax is $ 35. I recommend having Sarah do it! I love her! She’s very nice, and if you’re a first timer in regards to waxing, she makes things less painful.
The mani/​pedi here is great as well. I don’t have a specific person, all of them are great at making your nails look and feel great.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 2.5 years. I usually call the day before or the same day to make an appointment. I ALWAYS get my gel manicure done by Henry or Sarah. Henry is meticulous and patient. However, I hardly ever come into the salon with any idea of what I want and he always has a new, creative way to design my nails. Sarah is very good with nail art; she even drew minions! Everyone in the shop is very kind, friendly and knowledgable. I trust them completely with my nails. My gel manicure lasts 2.5−3 weeks and in my profession as a nurse, I have to wash my nails all of the time. It is definitely worth it for me.
I usually get my pedicure done by Lily. She is quick and can help with ingrown toe nails. She is usually booked with appointments because she is so good at what she does.
That being said, even when I make appointments, sometimes there is a wait. Yes, sometimes they are busy. That’s understandable. They are a nail salon. They will have walk-​ins. Some nail designs take longer than expected. I don’t think that this takes away from their business; it only proves that they are very attentive to each customer and want to provide the best service possible.
I will keep coming back there for years to come! No one can top them!

We moved to the area a few months ago, found this place when it had 5 stars. I’ve only been to this place 3 – 4 times and everything has deteriorated since. First of all, calling it a «spa» is a stretch. It’s really nothing but a nail place. It’s relatively cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. I went for a gel manicure and pedi last weekend (¹⁰⁄₁₁). My second time in history to get gel manicure (my first time was at my old place in Studio City).so I’m not really all too familiar with the entire process yet. A guy worked on my nails and he was SO rude! Everytime I missed to do something, he would either mumble in Chinese and would address the other employees loud in Chinese. At one point, the owner (I think) came over to ask me if I’ve ever had gel manicure before… I told him it was only my second time.
From the very start of the «service», I requested that not for him to cut my cuticle… I told him my skin in the area is really sensitive. He didn’t listen.
I’m never going back to this place. I don’t recommend. Go somewhere else!
