Dr. Te is always attentive, caring and compassionate. A three must in a primary care physician. You have to make your appointments well in advance, but that’s a must for any HMO provider. The staff is very quick with their responses and the referrals, test orders and prescriptions are handled very proficiently. Two thumbs up for Dr. Francis Te.

A first visit with Dr Te and was very happy with his caring and the attention he payed to my problem. Staff was welcoming addressed my issues in understanding my health insurance. Dr Te also took the time to introduce his wife and partner Doctor Carol Richardson-Te. They were both extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend them to family and friends! A great find!

Very professional and they always let you know where you are going next. What I really appreciate about Dr. Te is that he listens and does not try to rush you. I am glad I was referred Dr Te and would recommend him to anyone.

I get there 15 mins before my appointment, completed all my forms prior to arriving. 15 mins later, is the time that I was supposed to be seen, that was my scheduled time. 35 mins later I am taken in by the MA’s to take my vitals, and then she tells me «now you will go to our second waiting room for the doctor.» I am waiting, 20 mins later, still waiting. I see and hear the doctor walking back and forth, seemed very relaxed, didn’t seem busy, and he is talking about what and where he is going to dinner(his wife works there, she is also a doctor. I am not rating her because I had no encounter with her, so I can’t fairly rate her). So I hear the doctor’s conversation about his dinner(like I care?). Its been 55 mins, still waiting, and the doctor was planning his dinner… unprofessional. At least close the door so that patients can hear your personal business. While I was waiting in their«second waiting room»(never heard of such thing, maybe makes more sense at an E.R., but not a PCP office with THREE doctors). I go online and search on Unilocal for other doctors. I find a lot of doctors in near vicinity. Thanks to Unilocal,I called my insurance, changed to the doctor that had 5 star rating. Thankfully the insurance(to which I complained about this doctor) changed my PCP to the new doctor. I went to the new doctor within the same week, had my appointment at 9:00am, by 9:05 I am called in, by 9:20am, I am done and off I went with my day. If you want to be treated poorly and unprofessionally, and just«another patient with a record» go here, otherwise, go to another doctor. I understand the complexities and pressures in the healthcare industry, I myself work in the healthcare industry, in a very busy busy environment, but we, as providers do not ignore our patients, and personally let our patients know if we are going to be delayed or not. People are humans, and no M.D. degree should be valued more than an individual’s health and time.
