Horrible, horrible customer service! Please don’t come here. I was here with a large group(10 total) one evening after a religious event in April and we waited 50 minutes for our food. When we spoke to the manager on site about the long delay she told us «well, why did so many of you come, we didn’t know so many of you were coming» I responded, well we didn’t know we had to inform you ahead of time to make sure your staff were prepared for large groups. The manager was rude and didn’t even take our coupon after waiting for so long. Two months later(today) I decide to come back with my mom for breakfast thinking maybe service would be better and boy was I wrong. Again waited for 45 min to get our food which was simple eggs, bacon, hash brown and pancakes which were burned! 3 other parties that arrived after us received their food before us. Waiter never came by for coffee refills I had to get up and ask. I went over to talk to the manager about our experience but he checked the register and claimed we had arrived at a different time then the time I was claiming. Basically implying that I was lying. But, the couple sitting behind us were the ones who had arrived at the time he was referring to. I told him about the burned pancakes and he asked me if I had ordered another stack but I told him I didn’t want to wait another 30 min for a set of pancakes. I was very disappointed once again, I didn’t want to argue so I paid my full bill. He nothing about it. Didn’t even apologize. I’m a fan of Denny’s but I’ll be going else where for sure! Triggs and Via Campo locations have great service!

Listen I’m a regular here on Wednesday I planning on coming here to study and have a bite to eat. The Mexican older lady was working and I asked her if I could be seated in the back so I can study and she flat out told me NO and she was so rude about it. She said because she was the only one there but there was so many empty seats and there was already people back there. So I left and I called to get her name and she didn’t want to give it to me and just flat out told me NO and hung up on me! What kind of crap is that. Well I guess I have to go study at Starbucks now just like everyone else because I do not want to see that rude lady again!!!

Staff is rude and slow. I’m blonde girl that’s pretty skinny compared to the rest of the people that come here. The sever called me sir than has the nerve to start laughing about it as I’m waiting 45 minutes for a pick up order. The food here is terrible and the people who work here are very unprofessional will never come back. i also wanted to point out I was over charged 10 dollars.

Came by for breakfast on a Tuesday Morning. We were seated promptly, our drink order was taken the minute we sat down, when the waiter returned with our drinks he asked if we were ready to order. Our food came pretty quick(we came on a weekday) the food was great. We were constantly asked for refills. Overall good service. Definitely one of my favorite Denny’s locations.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Service is fast and they have wifi with outlets to charge your laptop or phone near a couple of the seats. I actually prefer Denny’s over ihop bc i never feel rushed to leave nor do i have to wait for a long time to be seated.

I’ve been here twice and I’ve received the best service. Employees are very friendly and are always checking up on you. We waited no time to get our food which always seems to be a problem at other Dennys locations. Food was great. Only downfall is parking. There is additional parking across the street though.

I’m not really a fan of Denny’s but I guess you can’t go wrong with breakfast … But my kids really enjoy breakfast here. So we came to this location because it’s close to home. First time here at this location and it won’t be the last. From the time we walked in, the server greeted us and told us it would be a few minutes for our party of 7. We were seated and our server Brian immediately offered us drinks. It always takes a while for us to get it together with 4 boys. But Brian was patient. Our drinks were served and we ordered. That took a little time too but again, Brian was patient. Like I said, I’m not a big fan of Denny’s food. It’s ok, but nothing spectacular. But my kids love it. But I’m posting this because eating out with all your kids ages 4 – 16 isn’t always enjoyable. But Brian was great and patient with our party of 7. So because of him, we will now frequent this location. Even when it got busy for him he still came over to offer refills and check on all of us. Thank you Brian.

This is now my favorite Denny’s.not that I am a fan of the chain, but compared to all the others, this one is the best. Today is the 4th time I have eaten here. Service is excellent… food is always good. The hash browns are well done. the toast is not under done. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the parking. You need to park across the street if their lot is full.

So i gave this place another try. Bad idea. Poor customer service! The waitress was rude. The employees eat and play around in the dining area. They are loud and unprofessional in the kitchen, making noises that sound sexual then laugh. It was an uncomfortable lunch. Good luck trying to reach the manager or owner. I tried for over a month. Finally reached him today only to be told sorry but that was over a month ago. Really? I tried reaching you for that response? ‘Come back when I work. I’m off Thursday and Friday.’ So meanwhile if i go on your day off I will get bad service? Sorry Alan I don’t want to waste anymore time on your ‘restaurant’ that’s ran by rude and unprofessional staff. Save your money. Don’t eat here. The shitty food and service is not worth it.

NO stars. The service left much to be desired. And went I went to pay the cashier asked, «is that the total or did you want to add something»? Even though the place was empty it still took forever to get the drinks. Took 20 minutes to put in an order. Took 36 minutes to get the order. And to top it off the order was wrong. As I ate I also observed as 2 workers rolled up utensils into napkins. I watched as the cashier brought money to the table they were rolling at. I watched as she spread the money on the table. I watched as one of the ladies counted the money and the continued to handle the eating utensils. Is it just me or does that seem unsanitary. I would think it’d be unsanitary to handle dirty money with bare hands. Then handle spoons, forks, and knives with those bare hands. And after we were done and ready to settle up… I heard our waitress at the table behind us going on and on about dresses, shoes, and prices with the people at the table. After 5 minutes of looking over my shoulder so she can get the hint she finally came over. I asked for the check. No tip! Only 1 star because Unilocal wouldn’t let me post without one. But ZEROSTARSISWHAT I GIVE.

I’ve never had a particularly bad or good experience here, although I’ve been here several times. Waitresses are friendly enough. They answer questions, and refill drinks. My food arrived promptly. It was hot, and on par with most dinners in the area. I like how Denny’s has the 2, 4, 6, 8 deals, and unlimited refills on coffee or hot chocolate. I also like how they are pretty good about substitutions. I wouldn’t go on a Sunday. This place gets crowded.
