Denny’s

Sat down and waited almost 15 minutes and no one came to ask about drinks or anything. It’s 2:30 in the afternoon and NOT busy. Got up and left. Hope IHOP around the corner does better.

Attitude from staff the moment you walk in and continues all the way through. Food is served luke warm at best.

Surprisingly good for a quick Sunday breakfast before church.
Egg whites, French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, coffee and OJ.
Good and quick service.
Very busy as expected.

This place stinks like dirty towel. Sat in the booth and it smelled like they don’t clean often. Checked the rug under the floor and it was very dirty! At least wipe down the booth with a scented cleanser.

Service is good… Food is terrible? Couldn’t eat more than two pancakes… They taste like baking soda. I would only come here to eat anything not pncakes

I’ve been to this Denny’s plenty of times before. It is your typical chain diner experience. Mediocre food for a low price that is available at any time of the day.
We came by this past weekend after a movie and my friends were looking to grab a bite to eat. We got here at around 1:00AM and the place was pretty packed. Our server came by and took our order. However, the order took a REALLY long time to come out. Easily over 30 minutes. Again, I understand it was packed but that was unaccetable. I’m just glad I wasn’t starving like my friends were. We ate our food and stayed for a while after.
The server brought out our check and even split our meals on the receipt, which was nice and made checkout super easy. The service left a lot to be desired but I understand it was a busy night. Maybe he thought we were broke kids that were going to make his life a living hell — which were not and was not our intention at all haha.
All in all, we had decent food late at night and it gave us a place to chat and catch up with old friends.

This is literally the worst costumer service ever. I feel like all the employees are hiding behind the counter, where the food is being made. There’s no waiters walking around asking if you need anything. I took us about 30min to get our drink order taken (& it wasn’t as busy as usual). Our table had no syrup, no ketchup & we had no napkins. It took us another 20 min to tag someone down so we can get what we needed. The food was good. Up to Denny’s expectations but the service is horrible there’s no customer service at all.

I dislike writing any bad reviews but when somebody unnecessarily gives unprofessional customer service i feel the need to call them out so that they can hopefully reflect on their service.
If things go bad within a restaurant i feel like the way you treat the guest will either make or break their experience.
I myself have worked at restaurants and other fast paced jobs. So i know how crazy and hectic things can be when its a busy day or when coworkers don’t show up.
Whatever the case was on this particular day there is absolutely no excuse for eye rolling, scoffing, and ignoring a customer.
I was standing there waiting to pay my Bill for about 17 minutes…
Apparently nobody had a register and the whole staff was running around yelling at each other asking why nobody was at the register.
Minutes later my mom checks on me and asks whats going on. My family and i really needed to get going so my mom asked the lady behind the register (larissa) if we could please just pay for our food already. Cash, card, whatever the necessary type of payment, we just needed to leave. Larissa snapped at my mom and said «HOLD ON! Wait I KNOW» … Then she rolls her eyes and mumbles about how nobody has a register.
She then leaves me there standing with my card in my hand. She leaves to go talk to another coworker.
A male manager comes and asks me if i need to pay. I say yes and hand him my card. He then leaves without a word because the person before me ran out without paying the whole bill.
Cmon man… You could have at least said something quickly while walking away.
So once again im there standing like an idiot wondering where my card was.
Moments later a man goes behind register and asks if i need help. He holds up a receipt and a card and asks if its mine. I finally get to pay my bill.
I should have left without paying too.
Its no wonder the customer left he must have waited for almost 30 min just to pay.
The entire team here obviously doesn’t care about anything. This was the worst experience at any restaurant ive ever had.
Not once did i show any agitation or restlessness. I can be a very patient person. So i gave no bad vibes whatsoever even after getting horrible service.
The unnecessary attitude is what crossed the line and made me write this review.
This dennys was the absolute worst and ill make sure to tell others so that they dont experience what i went through.

Service as always great !
But taking the Meat Lovers Omelette off the menu costed Denny’s this weekly customer.

I love this Denny’s. One of my favorite late night spots! I love the soft light from the light bulbs. Service was SWEET! And also the food is exemplary. Loved the waiter. Parking is super accessible. Always a good time to be had. Many memories to be made.

How annoying i called to order for pick up at 11:40 am and Valadamier answered the phone and took my order. and I was told to go in 40 minutes to get the order and I knew it was lunch hour so I literally went an hour later at 12:40 just to assure they had enough time and I get there and pay, and Vladamier at the register said it was gonna be annother 30 – 40 minutes like are you fucking shitting me. Biggest mistake of life ordering pick up, I could have made the burger myself in that amount of time. By the time I got it, I had to run to the office I work at cause my lunch was over and I didn’t even get to eat it until I left at 5:30. So yeah you don’t mess with my food like that. ILL HATE YOU FOREVER DENNYS

Bad customer service from Ana, food to greasy. They need to improve. They need to upgrade the restroom!!!

Went there 10pm and we got our food past 11pm, only one cook & he was messing up orders, we were not the only ones waiting for our food. Got coffee but never got asked if I wanted more, I ask for more but never got a refill. Never been to a place with this much bad service. Why is this place still open???

Horrible service. I never write bad reviews because I know working people work hard and earn minimum wage. But these people should be ashamed of themselves. The best thing about this Denny’s is that it has free wi-​fi.
One of the spoons was dirty. The coffee was horrible. And no one asked my friend and I whether we wanted our coffees refilled. Not that we wanted to drink more of their bad coffee. But you know, just out of respect. Ask.
No one asked whether we were doing fine.
At the checkout they messed up a lady’s bill. While the young man was trying to sort out that mess, he took care of my bill and returned 75 cents less in change. Poor kid.
So they ripped us off on top of the bad service.
I feel sorry for them. They can’t count. And frankly, they don’t care.

It’s Denny’s. What can I say. People must really like this Denny’s location because there is always a wait. Both times I have been in the passed two weeks the service was great from our waiters. The only weird thing was last visit is that they were busy and our server apparently «got sent home». It was really weird because someone else just took over the table. Spaghetti and meatballs is really good surprisingly. They have skillet specials right now that have some variety. I also love the coffee mugs.

Getting a parking spot at this popular Denny’s will be the least enjoyable part of your visit. Once inside, hope that you don’t have to wait long for a table and that your server pays attention to you. The menu at Denny’s changes very little and most likely you already know what you are going to eat — so, I usually just have the server take my order once they bring the menu to expedite the service. Overall, servers at Denny’s are quite nice.

I went for a late dinner, around 2am (Sunday) .
As we proceeded to sit down my friend noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall. I told the bus boy and wiped it off the wall with his towel. I told the manager on duty that I was cancelling my food/​order and he still asked why, poor management and poor communication = Why are they still OPEN. The manager excused us after I altered my voice, smh. Someone should call health inspection, I’m pretty sure that place is infested. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!

Busy busy Sunday morning! Those guys in the back are quick and helpful busting their ass w cleaning tables, cleaning up people’s messiness.
Our waiter was helping doing it all, great multi-​tasker AND STILL giving great service to our table! Coffee being refilled, asking if we need anything.
Ordered me some pecan chocolate chip custom pancakes topped w nanas! They were super delish!
Surprisingly, GREAT service for a crazy busy morning & yummy pancakes, & bae bfast.
Thanks Robert for being wonderful! Great team work here, & A+ cooks cooking, perfect runny over medium eggs!

Worst f’ng customer service ever.
Came here with my boyfriend, and I ordered a salmon dish and he ordered some salad sandwich.
He doesn’t like celery and asked if he could get his sandwich without it in which the waiter said no because it’s already mixed in. And so my bf said he it’s okay he was fine with that.
THIRTY MINUTES later I finally got my plate and it was bareeeely even warm.
Meanwhile my bf hasn’t gotten squat yet and we were like «wtf ok, maybe it’s still being made»
But we thought to ourselves, why would a sandwich take so long?
Not only did the waiter never bother check on us, when we asked where my boyfriends plate was he has the nerve to say «You didn’t order any sandwich?»
my boyfriend got pissed and just said nevermind then, and the waiter didn’t even bother apologize or even give his sandwich on the house like, what the hell?
He comes back a few minutes later asking if he wants a refill on his iced tea, in which he said yes, and guess what?
He never came back with the refill :-)
WHY BOTHER ASK?
after asking for the bill, I wrote down on the tip section of the receipt ‘Don’t forget about people’s orders’
Not only did the cashier not ask us how our meal was, but didn’t even say a WORD about the note I left.
I didn’t bother complain because I’m the person to observe how staff handles their business, and they do that very poorly here.
Congrats, you guys just lost a customer for life (:

The last time I went to a Denny’s was in 2008. I had been excited then because I hadn’t been since I was a child and we all know how many fond memories Denny’s can offer to a child. I had been majorly disappointed and I promised myself never to go to another Denny’s to eat ever again.
But then I ended up here after a late night of drinking because we didn’t have many options open at that time. Our orders were taken almost immediately, which was nice, but that was the only good aspect of it. The food was soooo bad and tasteless. I got a grand slamwich and it was worse than a simple ham and cheese sandwich I could’ve made for myself. I was starving but I only ate half. The hash browns were mediocre and the ketchup containers did not even contain ketchup.
I finished my other half in the morning even though my stomach was a bit pained and I reaffirmed the fact that it was a tasteless blob of nothing. But the real problem came when I had the runs all day. I really can’t imagine any other food I ate that day that could’ve done that to me and for that, this place is forever in my blackbook.
Don’t bother coming here, please.
