Yes, this is a classic american diner. I had good customer service experience. Our server was quick and attentive. We did not wait long for our food. Avoid going on Sunday, there was no room to get seated for a table because they crowd up all around you.

The wait on a Sunday was only 10 minutes. Our server was very polite. The pancakes here a really delicious! They taste better than other Dennys I’ve been to.

Ate at this Dennys at noon today with my family. The wait was about 20 minutes, but acceptable since its normal for Sunday. The food was great as usual. There was manager in training who was going around helping wait tables. He was refilling coffee and asking tables how the food was. This was excellent since the restaurant was full and waitresses were busy. This made the experience great.

Horrible waiting time. Waiting to be seated, not even acknowledged. Staff look stressed… ignoring customers as they get waived down, the waitress just kept walking as if she had a mission. Really bad serves but the only one we got acknowledged by was the manager. My suggestion to the manager choose people who can mulitask. Food was mediocre.

Super friendly hostess and wait staff! I ate breakfast here every morning for two weeks and never had a bad meal. Great location, the atmosphere is how a diner should be!

Roger R is the best Denny’s’ manager. He is great at his job, and very polite with costumers at the all time. I come Denny’s 2 – 3 times a week and I see many other managers, but he is the one who makes Denny’s a real Denny’s. All stars for him. Thankyou Roger for your great service !

I’d give zero stars for the managers idea of an acceptable sunny side up egg alone. The waiters were incompetent, the food was cold and burnt at the same time, the biscuits were rock hard and the eggs were hardly cooked. The water had something floating in it. And the manager is a complete idiot for defending his mediocre cooks.

We ate here once on a recent visit to LA. Noticed lots of homeless people around. This wouldn’t be the kind of place I’d wanting to be hanging around after dark. Who want’s to sit down to enjoy a meal while wanting to keep your guard up as to what’s going on around you? While we were on the way out some homeless guy was making a scene in the bathroom and a security guard, on staff I think, was trying to smooth things over. What type of Denny’s has a security guard on staff? The food was good, service was sub standard.

I have been coming to this Dennys for years. Every time I come here to do a «B Fast N Go» One of the servers car is always parked in the spot. So you end up having to park at the other end of the parking lot. I have talked to the manager Roger numerous times and he always tells me the same thing. «I will tell the server to not park there. Came in again and the same servers car is parked their. «The pot mobile». It is ridiculous that this server thinks that this is his personal parking spot.

Came here for my free birthday Grand Slam and was not disappointed. The server was very nice and they’re one of the few places that don’t require you to bring a coupon ahead of time to get your free breakfast(just bring your ID). Note that they’ll only give you the free meal if it’s your actual birthday. And don’t forget to tip! Only weird thing was I got there and there was a little bit of a wait for a table even though some tables were clear; Then I was seated(by myself) on a booth, when other parties probably could’ve fit in there better; I would’ve been happy in a small table, but I won’t complain about a booth either!

Was straight up harassed by the staff at this establishment. I’ve never felt so violated at an internationally renowned restaurant chain. Came in with a group of 12 on a Saturday, Halloween night. They informed us we’d be seated in groups of four(even though there were multiple sections that could accommodate our group. We weren’t rowdy like the other people there who were making out and visibly drunk. They seated our first group of four. 15 min go by and our friends are still waiting to be seated. I go up to ask why our friends haven’t been seated in our empty section yet, only to be met with condescension and a shitty attitude. They finally seated our entire group after essentially pleading with them to do so, in separate sections. One group was waited on, one was ignored entirely, and one had to beg for water. Finally the group of 4 being ignored had enough and decided to leave. One of our Spanish speaking friends overheard the manager, host, and security guard refer to us as bitches, agree not to serve us, and said to let us «burn in hell.» At one point a staff member followed my female friend into the bathroom and opened the stall door on her, as she had her pants down, to tell her the bathrooms were now closed and she needed to get out. Yea, that’s right. A male employee followed a female patron into the bathroom and opened her stall door. I’ve never felt so unsafe in a restaurant. Especially not because of the STAFF, MANAGER, and SECURITY. Truly unbelievable and intolerable. I’d give zero stars if possible, and plan to seek justice for this harassment.

Was served by Jinny and she was very busy but she was on her game to serve several tables at once. When I arrived, two workers walked by and didn’t bother to flag the host or ask if I am waiting to be seated. After being seated Jinny told me to give her a second, once she returned she took my drink order, a few minutes later she took my food order. Went with the California Club Sandwich with extra crispy fries. Sandwich was okay, nothing amazing, claimed crispy bacon but it was actually soft bacon. The avocado was nonexistent but the turkey was moist. Had a ice tea with my meal and it was ok. As I waited for my meal I overhead conversations in english and Spanish that were out of line. Only wish Denny’s would discuss this with their staff because after a while it gets annoying.

I have not been in a Denny’s since this cross-country road trip stop off in Roswell New Mexico. I stopped in here after going to church randomly one day and it just felt right. Since the 90s, Denny’s really has changed. They still offer insanely large portions of gluttonous breakfast food, but they also have healthy, low calorie, still tasty options as well. Of course we ordered nothing healthy, but hey it’s there if you want it. One of us, who will remain nameless, ordered the peanut butter and chocolate pancakes, which came with eggs, hash browns, and bacon. It was quite the feast and something that should be avoided if you have to go to a truck stop to weigh yourself, or have diabetes. It was like eating 30 Reese’s peanut butter cups. For the price you can’t beat Denny’s. I even like it better than IHOP. Of course, it’s not like going to a nice champagne brunch, but for well under $ 10 a person, this is a winner.

Came in, the place was somewhat empty(4 – 5 tables occupied) but we still had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated. Our server Sergio was really nice & thoughtful. Needed to use the bathroom, and it was so dirty There was random wet toilet paper on the floor… The food was great, ordered the sizzling steak with gravy.

This Denny’s is particularly clean and nice and the service was really friendly. I noticed that Denny’s have raised their prices for most items on their menus now so dining at Denny’s will cost you a solid change. I only had the soup n salad here. Their coke is still very good, next to McDonald’s coke. I know that sounds lame but not all cokes n coke machines are created equal.

Here is when this makes sense… you’re working across the street at Sunset Bronson studios on set and need a place to sit down that has WiFi for a quick lunch. That’s really the ONLY way I can rationalize this. And there IS WiFi… it’s very slow, but it’s free and needs no password. So you’ll note that this review is mostly about the WiFi. Because this is a DENNY’s and there is not a heck of a lot I can say about that. Service was fast, friendly and food was — well it was Denny’s food. Place could be cleaner but is about what you’d expect. For $ 10 I got a sandwich, fries, iced tea, a fairly comfortable booth, some semi-cold AC and a place to get a little work done between tapings. And that really is just A-OK.

I’ve come to this Denny’s location occasionally for the past several years. It’s location right next to the 101 freeway makes it a convenient place to eat when en route to Hollywood Blvd and the Sunset strip. As far as the food, it is standard Denny’s face. I recommend the«build your own slam,» which you can pick the healthiest options in the entire menu. Almost anything else is packed with too much lard or sugar. There are a few good dishes aside from the build your own slam: the grilled chicken sandwich is pretty good, as is the grilled salmon dish. The crowd here is not bad at all, in contrast to the Denny’s found further west on Sunset Blvd. The service can suck at times, as they are short staffed during rush hour on weekend evenings. But the waiters and staff are nice, so that makes up for it. The only complaint I have about this place is the music. It’s not to my liking. Shut it off please. Otherwise, this Denny’s is great.
