Horrible customer service. The workers here suck! All had an attitude and no sense of urgency! Don’t eat here.

Zack was an awesome host. I felt at home and super welcomed to take advantage of the birthday breakfast slam. I’ll have a great impression of this location based on his service

Horrible place to go eat with the family!!! Really bad customer service!!! Food was not great!!! Wasn’t even busy and they took forever to get our order and to give us our order! When we received the food it was cold When I tried telling the cashier name gabby about the situation she ignored me. It was like I wasn’t even there. I told her again hey complaining about the problem and she still didn’t even care So I asked to speak to the manager she didn’t even called him over I had to go look for him And when I told him what happen he was like ok I’ll talk to them!!! Every time I go to Denny’s to have breakfast with my friend. However, I had a bad experience and service at this branch ever. I have a waitress with very poor customer service skills. She did not care anything even though I requested to refill coffee two times.

Tom continues to be great! Went tonight in hopes that we’d have him as our server and he was! So attentive and kind. It was so busy tonight being that it’s a Friday and he had it all under control!

I’ve been here around 3 times and I feel like I need to share my last experience. The first 2 times I had lunch, I walked to the front where you normally pay so that I can be told where to be seated. First 2 times the hostess somewhat giggled and said to sit anywhere so I took it as friendly joke and a dumb action on my behalf. However this last time feeling confident that I’m supposed to sit myself from my prev. visits, I went in on my lunch break and went straight to a table. I waited around for about 5 minutes waiting for a server to assist me in what seemed to be a slower time of day for them. No one seemed to approach me. All I was doing at this point was staring at the hostess upfront waiting for her to realize I haven’t received a menu but she just stared back at me until finally I realized I can’t sit around and waste my lunch time. I asked her for a menu and she asks me that if I seated my own self down and I answered yes. She made a facial expression that made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to sit myself down. Completely contradicting my previous 2 visits there. Ookayy… so then she gave me the menu and said someone will be with you in a bit so I waited as she walked to the kitchen when I overheard her giggling with her coworker and in Spanish said«right next to us, she’s right there the blonde one» Don’t be so quick to judge, because I speak Spanish and I can understand that you were making fun of me. I felt a bit uncomfortable but I didn’t have enough time to go to a different place anymore. The server who helped me(which I failed to get her name) but she had dark hair and glasses, wasn’t rude but not once did she come around to follow up or see how I was doing after receiving my food. NOTONCE. Yet, I realized that she followed up on a few different customers around my table. Was I not important enough? There was no customer service provided here. I STILL tipped her. There was a point, that I really wanted a refill of my drink that I waited so long for someone to pass by me and it never happened that I actually forgot I was thirsty. Also, it’s cool to joke around with co workers or make it a fun place for yourself to work in, but be a bit more professional. As I’m eating lunch, I pretty much knew what the servers were doing that weekend because they were so loud about it and again in Spanish. I understood every word and let me tell you that what was being said isn’t professional at all. Either be quieter about your weekend plans or don’t discuss them around customers. They also kept hollering across to a «Cindy» that worked there. It’s kind of like I engaged myself in the middle of a chit chat conversation. I thought the food would make up for it. Nope. My cheese quesadilla sucked. It was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. Kind of seemed like it was done a long time ago and maybe forgot to bring it to me since the food was so cold. Maybe it was all the chatting … I ended up arriving to work 20 minutes late. Keep in mind, my lunch is an hour and Denny’s is 4 mins away from my job. This will be my last time here.

Most Denny’s I’ve been to are 2 stars at best, but this place is great! It’s clean, and they have great service. I counted at least 10 waiters. The parking is limited, as they share with the hotel, but today they had complementary valet. I hope they keep it going.

HORRIBLESERVICEPERIOD! It seems nice when you get seated quickly, but you get seated but don’t get any service for like 20 min! No drinks nothing! I will never return here!

Parking is limited. The wait for a table is minimal and service is quite efficient. Friendly servers; food is consistent.

Not good service, not bad service but absolutely NOSERVICE!!! ZERO!!! We just waited 15 minutes for a server to come to our table to greet us and take our orders but not even a hello after we were seated. The place had 5 servers and maybe 10 tables of customers and none of the servers would even look at us! If you wear black clothes stay away because you will be invisible to the people who work there!

I am very happy with this location. I placed an order to go, the service I received while placing the order and upon picking up was phenomenal. This location is conveniently located right off of the 101FWY.

Horrible service. Seemed like they were anxious to leave work. Waited approximately 12 minutes before they even asked for our food order. Then it took a good amount of time for the food to be delivered. I kept waiting to ask a server for condiments etc and they were no where to be found. I understand it’s slow but you should be more attentive. Food was slightly above mediocre. Steak seemed like it had been sitting in the fridge ready to be thrown out. Macaroni and Cheese; it was more like macaroni and water. I left more than half my meal because of how bad quality cook and food. Would not recommend …

If I can give a zero to this place I would. My BF& I arrived & got seated within 10 minutes. The bad part… None of the waitresses acknowledge us. Two tables that had gotten there after us, had already gotten their order taken. The waitress CARMEN looked at us but decided that other tables that are already served were more important. I understand it’s busy. But you could at least let’s us know you’ll be with us soon. After a couple of minutes of hoping anyone would attend us we decided to just leave. Horrible service! Do not go here!!! They will not attend you!!!

The other afternoon I came here and server was very friendly as soon as I walked through door. The same happy and pleasant mood remained through out my time at restaurant. The eggs and bisquits were great. Love that they accommodated my request for gravy minus the sausage. I believe server name was Erixson or Alexander he made me a specialty milkshake with milkshake with vanilla and peanut butter. It came out delicious. Great customer service with high energy through out entire visit. Thumbs up.

Called for a pick up ordered and didn’t even get to order food. Got put on hold until we gave up and hang up. Tried calling them again. And this time they don’t pick up the phone. I don’t see a reason why it would be that busy. It’s Tuesday.

Our food runner had the worst attitude. Delivering our food, he already made the mistake to insult us, and seemed very impatient. Our server was great, but because of the runner, I’d have to give it 2 stars. Denny’s food is consistent and what you pay for for a 24 hour diner.

Nice place with over worked people. Clean restroom. Poor Thomas P did the best he could, having most of the customers. Fit slam egg white omelet, tomato and spinach, turkey bacon, English muffin and fruit was good, fruit fresh. Fit banana pancake with scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon good. Free underground parking behind the place!!!

Saving grace weekends past, we came to you — when IHOP was packed. You excelled, We were enthralled, for our expectations, were somewhat rationed. Your portions were huge, the value isn’t subterfuge, we shall be back again, in the end, with you as the final intent.

(Dined 06÷22÷14SU @ 9:00am): Don’t deny the cool factor of late-night drunken meals, breakfasts served all day long, and an old skool diner feel! A friend craved breakfast for some reason(neither of us were breakfast eaters), we had a BOGO free entrée with the order of two drinks coupon, and she was treating, so we hopped in her car and headed to the local Denny’s we’ve walked to in the past. I wasn’t about to pass up free food! Since I didn’t try any of her food, here was a rare breakfast meal for me: Strawberry Mango PuckerTM($ 2.89 free refills) — Made with real lemons for an all-natural lemonade taste, the extremely sweet strawberry and mango syrupy flavoring was really overpowering. However, each refill tasty less sugary; too bad it didn’t start that way. Ultimate Omelette®($ 9.75) — Three-egg omelette with crumbled sausage, bacon, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and shredded Cheddar cheese, served with hash browns(or grits) and two-stacked buttermilk pancakes(or choice of bread). Of course I went with hash browns and pancakes! Both hash browns and omelette were massive! The hash browns had the right amount of crunch which I loved. The omelette couldn’t contain all the fresh and tasty ingredients; this thing rocked! Each was spiced up with shakes of Tapatio. As for the pancakes, they were fluffy, huge, thick and the maple syrup was warm — mmm! Service — We were greeted immediately by a female hostess as we walked through a packed crowd of anxious breakfast eaters in the lobby. No more than a five-minute wait, we were seated by a nice gentleman server armed with menus. He gave us a few minutes to decide our meal which he then returned with glasses of water. We placed our order easily enough, and about ten minutes later our food came out steaming hot(even warned not to touch the plates). He regularly refilled both our drink and water glasses. A busser cleared the empty plates, we received our check, and had no problem as we paid at the front with our coupon. All was good. Parking(free valet!) — Heck yeah, you read that right, but I honestly didn’t know if it was everyday since we’ve only been here on Sundays and they utilized the parking structure of the next door business. Otherwise, there was plenty of metered street parking(free on Sundays) along the main drag of Vermont Ave. Atmosphere, décor, ambience — Your typical diner but without the dinginess accustomed to most. This joint was clean albeit with a really vast but crammed dining room floor plan. You had fleather booths along the walls and wooden tables and chairs throughout. The carpeting had a 70’s appeal to it while the decorations played to the nostalgia of the company’s history with cool advertisements and past menus(I worked in marketing so this stuff fascinated me). Plenty of natural lighting shown through the windows that surrounded the restaurant as well as electric lighting. The kitschy as the«crane game» in the waiting area drew a smirk from me for all the times I’d won cheap stuffed animals during my youth and for my nieces when they were younger. FYI… this was a haven for Filipino, Hispanic and homeless folks as the chatter of Tagalog, Spanish and ramblings filled the air. I saw at least one TV but no background music. Attire — Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. Overall, this Denny’s has treated me well the couple times I’ve been here, and I especially loved the diligence the waitstaff was in refilling my drinks(huge points for me)! Generally speaking, Denny’s was always that late-night spot to grab a bite with friends whether to sobber-up or not. Those days were now way off in the rearview mirror which left me simply with a breakfast morning meal in my «adult» years. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above(total paid experience was around $ 28.00 before discount and tip; my friend’s meal was identical in price). Even without the coupon, the food tasted good and was reasonably priced for portion size; we only ate a light snack late in the day. Plus, free valet! And although I didn’t pay, they accepted my credit card of choice… AMEX! 4.0STARS
