I saw Dr. Kearney for numbness in my arm. After my session, I felt the numbness dissipate, but the amazing benefit I received was about four hours later. I felt what I describe as, «ribbons of energy», flowing through my whole body which gave me the feeling of my body «unwinding». Years of tension from having TMJ melted away, stuck energy in my neck and shoulder released, and I felt muscles that were contorted go back to their original position. What a great acupuncture session! I highly recommend Dr. Kearney.

Dr. Kearney is the absolute best and I recommend him without hesitation to anyone who has back issues. I started seeing him for acupuncture treatment in 2001 because my back was killing me – the pain was excruciating and I couldn’t tolerate sitting down it hurt so badly. After my treatment with Dr. Kearney, the pain went away — I couldn’t believe it.
I have been going to Dr. Kearney ever since as a preventative measure (really, it is just because I like going so much) and my back pain has never returned. Now I live in the Bay Area and every time I am in LA, I make sure to see him, just because I feel so much better every time I walk out of his office.
I actually talked my husband (who did not believe in acupuncture) into going to Dr. Kearney. I thought he would tell me he didn’t like it, just to be stubborn. In fact, after the treatment, he said, «Wow, I can actually turn my neck from side to side.» I was shocked. And, now when we visit LA together, he even insists on seeing Dr. Kearney too!

A friend referred me to Dr. Kearney and I was totoally impressed with the outcome. I came to his clinic to receive acupuncture and heating treatments for my back. I have a history of chronic body and back pain from trauma and past injuries. I was so tired of feeling like I was 90 years old. The pain was so bad, I could barely move. I wasn’t sure what he could actually do for me. His clinic has great healing energy and his assistant was lovely and a massage therapist herself. I immediately felt safe and relaxed. Dr. Kearney kindly explained everything he was about to do including the acupuncture areas he was working on for me. He immediately understood where I was at with my pain. When the session was over (about an hour.) I was an emotional mess due to releasing so much stuff. I came home and was pretty wiped out. The next day the pain in my body was noticeably down. But the best part was on the second day after the treatment, my pain went from a 10 (10 being the worst) to a 2! Only one treatment? I just couldn’t believe it really. I went to yoga and felt like a new person. I recommend Dr. Kearney highly, a truly exceptional healer with decades of experience. Only a master can do that.
