Crooks & Castles Fairfax Flagship

Love Crooks & been supporting them since 2009. This (their flagship) store is the spot for sure… open, airy, big selection & plenty of space to browse.
Friendly customer service, helpful staff, and their Black Friday sale this year was legit!

This was my first time going to this crooks and castles store. Parking was very hard to find! Have to be lucky to find close parking. We came in a few minutes before closing and they were still very accommodating. The service was outstanding! We were the last ones in the store and even though they were about to close, the two ladies that were helping us out were very nice. Overall, it was a very good shopping experience here.

Great shopping location. Tons of cool shops. Customer service was great, I didn’t get the feeling that the employees felt «too cool» to help us because they worked at this place. For all my big boned boys like myself, they carry up to 3XL!

Came in here but i didn’t find anything I liked at the moment. But I have been a fan of Crooks for years. The store has a very dope layout and the product is placed well. I wish I found something I liked since I was out of town but that will not at all hinder my rating of the store.

The mister and I have been laced with Crooks and Castles for a while now, so having the opportunity to visit a physical location for the clothing line was obviously a must.
THE DIGS and THREADS:
Conveniently situated on Fairfax, the shop brings you to a cluster of other boutique clothing stores such as Diamond Supply Co. and Supreme to name a few. On the exterior, it may not look like much as it blends well with the concrete jungles of L.A. but when you actually walk into the joint, it’s simplistically wide spread, clean, and classy. The presentation of their product was well received, and the customer service was on point! They were very accommodating to their consumers and made sure we got what we were looking for, which is why the mister and I will continue to be ongoing supporters to this product.
As usual, the quality of clothing is always on point and recurring theme of medusas and the crook life is well depicted. The designs do not overpower with irrelevant images and the overall theme is apparent in all their pieces. They also have a decent selection of women’s clothing which isn’t easy to come by when you visit shops like this. It’s appreciated and you’ve got a lady and fellow crook for life.

Crooks & Castles is the bomb! My bf had already had a couple of pieces of clothing that he had found in Texas, so just didn’t stumble into this paradise. The use of a medusa like figure with a bandana motif is pure genius look. Belts and hats were 50% off the day we went. The shop girl was super friendly and helpful. This shop is perfectly presented and your sizes will be brought to you! We will be back next time in LA!

The shop is located in a good location w/​Diamond, etc but parking is a bit hard. This location is a lot bigger than their previous shop location and looks really clean. I was one of the black fri winners 3 years ago for their free t-​shirts, but still haven’t received my shirts… Their customer service is really unorganized and lacking. Most of the time they don’t even pickup phone calls to the shop either. The clothing is nice, but they need to up their customer service game
