I read a review that someone had a really bad bob haircut. But I left very happy with my bob haircut. My hair is very thin with no volume. The lady who cut my hair showed me my tips and they are so nasty. My haircut is so cute. Great price, amazing ladys, and awsome cuts. I will definitely come back again

They changed the price to 12 men, 14 women and kids 10 dollars. I admit it is a bummer that they have to raise the price but the way our economy is now, I understand. It is still cheaper on most haircut place out there. Friendly staff and an okay environment.

Superb cut, I went in for my birthday hair cut with my girlfriend and I needed a trim. The woman was easy to talk to and understood how I wanted my hair. She did what I had in mind and was fast. I will be back.

The place is not bad, but remember, cheap always looks cheap. That’s what i got from here. I asked for a ‘layered’ haircut and my long hair was totally cut and layers were not perfect and not even good. It looked like i did it by myself.

Thank god for Sonia! After going to Audrey’s hair salon and getting the worst butcher job of my life I read the reviews, took a second risk (crazy I know) and couldn’t be happier! She completely fixed the butcher job while keeping as much length as possible (which wasn’t much after Audrey’s and I had really long hair). She also did my partial highlights. I love the color and cut and it was a really good price. I have found my new hair stylist. That’s the silver lining! Side note– she only speaks Spanish which I don’t but my partner does and all you need to do is show her a picture.

i randomly went to this place because i was walking around and live in the area. i paid $ 35 for a blow dry and to get my hair curled and i came out with worst curls than shirley temple. a really older lady worked on me and she put mousse on each strand before curling it and my hair was super crispy and the curls were all stuck together

Love this place! Affordable haircuts that I can always count on. Highly recommend Ora! This is not the fanciest place but the people there are awesome! The guy working the front always has a smile on his face and is very professional. I have gone to this place at least 10 times now. As a male, my hair style doesn’t require a lot but I am still picky about it. Ora works a perfect fade that no one else seems to be able to do. Even places that cost a lot more can’t do it. For me this place works perfectly at a very affordable price. Like I said, don’t expect to see a fancy hair saloon but expect great customer service. Note: They only take cash.

If you want a super cheap haircut this is the place to go. I got mine for 10 bucks, which I believe is the standard price for all cuts. I’m a guy and got an all over trim and took about an inch off. The man who cut my hair was nice but seemed to get annoyed after he finished cutting and I told him I still wanted a little more off. I also found he missed some spots behind the ears when I got back home. Overall, if you need a quick haircut, this place will do.

At $ 10 for men’s haircuts, you are always taking a chance. I refuse to pay more so I keep trying new places until I find on that I like. I have been here twice without an appointment. Wait time is minimal and they do a great job. No frills, however. Just the haircut and I leave a nice $ 5 tip because that’s all that I look for from a hair salon. They are bilingual so don’t worry if you don’t speak Spanish.

I got a simple mens combover/​fade. That sounds easy, but I have been to salons that mess this up. Not here! They gave me the exact cut I wanted and they worked quickly. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a perfect cut. I won’t go anywhere else in LA. I just walked in with no appointment.

The best hair salon for men and women in LA. I especially love the expertise of Doris who is a brilliant colorist. When it comes to cutting hair no one does it better. I have been going there for about 7 years. I usually want something different and Doris always delivers. I sent two of my friends that have beautiful, but very fussy about their hair. Both said that Doris gave them the best cut that they had recieved in 20 years. George owns and is very friendly. The place is clean and you can’t do better. Only hard for parking because of construction, but park on the side street next to the new Emerson College. It is a must see in itself.
I have had Rodeo Drive cuts and nothing is better than Crazy Cuts by Doris. If she is not there Maria is wonderful too.

I ‘ve gone everywhere to get my short bob cut, been to floyds and they didnt do a great job. i tried crazy cuts and i been going here since! my hairstylist monica does an excelent job! if u want a cute new wave kind of bob i highly recomend going here, i say nereida wrote it on Unilocal!that she’s a good hairstylist! and great for short haircute like bobs!!! two thumbs up! a very nice friendly family hair salon… paid 15.00 bucks for my haircut with blowdry .at floyds i paid 30.00 just for a haircut that i didnt like over in burbank!

So, this place wasn’t too bad, there were just certain things that got under my skin a bit.
I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and only had to wait about five minutes. Both ladies I spoke with were very nice and accommodating. When they sat me down, it was at a little setup smack dab in the middle of the salon. Ordinarily it’s in a back room or something, but that’s not what got to me. The wax looked like it had been sitting there a VERY long time and she was scraping the bottom to get enough to put on my eyebrows. The stick also had a burn mark and had clearly been sitting there for a long time. It also looked like it had been used.
