I don’t know where to begin. I have always stayed at the UCLA Guesthouse but it was sold out this week, so they suggested this«hotel». It is similarly priced but you have to pay $ 12 a day to park so it actually works out to be more expensive. This is a dorm room with a queen sized bed, not a hotel, not even close. The television is 12×18 inches and is positioned so that you can’t see it from the bed, ridiculous. The shower had no hot water and was barely a trickle. Don’t wash your hair and expect to get all the shampoo out. Elevators broken so be prepared to schlep your luggage up a lot of steps. Cleaning staff were very courteous. It is convenient to be located on campus for a UCLA event, but this room should be priced around $ 75 per night, not $ 167.

Way over-priced dorm room. They call it a hotel, but it’s just a small dorm room that they put a queen-size bed in. You have to pay $ 12/day for parking, and they count an overnight stay as two days. The bathroom is tiny with a sink the size of an airline bathroom. There is no refrigerator. The TV is very small and way over on the right side of the bed. We paid $ 167 for one night. It was very cold in the room, and my husband had to dismantle the thermostat to adjust it. The linens were OK, but the pillows are huge and quite hard. The amenities are access to UCLA’s pool and rec center, which require a hike, and breakfast at either their student cafeteria or a small café nearby. Oddly, they didn’t tell us we could go to this café, but we stopped in and they graciously agreed to accept our room key as payment.
