Country Villa Los Feliz Healthcare Center

Awful place! A relative was taken to this facility in bad condition mentally and these people let him walk right out the door. He can barely walk on his own and has now been missing for 2 days. The staff has stated that them filing a report with the police was all they could do and they were no longer responsible.

I love this place I’ve been here twice now and I’m only 25. The staff here is wonderful that I would love to work here. I’ve been to other places but this one is the best. It is the best and everyone is happy to come to work and help its like you’re family here.

I would never recommend this facility to anyone. I feel that the nurses don’t really do their tasks. My dad ”tips” them every time he comes. You ask why? I suppose 5 dollars to a few nurses could improve my grandma’s living situation.
One time, my family came to visit and my dad talked to one of the male nurses and he said «Oh yeah I fed her already» & the food wasn’t touched.
tsk tsk.
One nurse disrupted our family at night and had us thinking she was going to ‘go’; since my grandma was in critical condition, but she was recovering. But NOPE. She probably heard that we tip and wanted a piece of it since she works the night shift.
Yeah this review is pretty negative because I feel that they could do a lot better of a job.
