This is the worst location. I ask for no beans in the salad and suddenly some genius at this location thinks beans =cheese. It’s been the THIRD time they’ve omitted cheese, I’ve written it off twice before.

I’ve only ever been to the Express location since it’s not far from where I live, and it’s a great place to grab a quick bite/pick something up when you’re casual and more than likely just going to see a movie or eat-in. Their food is light, but still flavorful — just all around solid café-style food that never disappoints. Their breakfast is also great, especially the pancakes and breakfast burrito. Although it’s a little on the pricier side to be a selection in a mall food court, it’s worth the price if you want something that doesn’t taste like your typical food court food.

A very good mocha but the worst German chocolate cake(with coconut) in LA.

Really tasty grilled portobello sandwich. The side salad/mixed greens leaves something to be desired but there were veggies stuff in the sandwich as well so I got my fix. Pricey, but in line with everything else offered in that food court + shopping center. Lots of sandwiches, wraps, salads + specialty coffee drinks to choose from.

This place is slow and the people are incompetent. They should move out of the food court and back to a restaurant format. Orders delayed, Food incorrect and the staff is incompetent to handle any issues

I have never encountered such childish and silly behavior from a food establishment. Prior to ordering my food, I helped myself to a few packs of sugar to add to my coffee. Some rude and incredibly stupid man starts harassing me, accusing me of stealing. What kind of a hole cares about his stupid condiments enough to insult a paying customer? Never going here again. Life’s too short to deal with d bags like that. Food sucks anyway.

Had the chicken zucchini angel hair pasta and it was gross. The picture is such a lie because it looks eatable. The angel hair is crunchy which is just crazy the plate looks good but it taste nasty. The chicken is very thin and on the dry side the zucchini is good even the stuff they add on top is cute but looks like roasted panco which is tasteless and messes the taste up. I tried it twice and both times it’s just a waste of money. Get better cooks u guys

This is one of my favorite spots at UTC Westfield. They never disappoint! I’ve been here many times and every time they are spot on. I’ve mostly had lattes and a variety of their desserts & everything was excellent. Their desserts in particular are the best. Fruit tart, tiramisu and palmiers are some of the desserts that I’ve tried here– all were good! I would also highly recommend their caramel latte as it is yummy.

Before you dig in and especially before you leave with a takeout order, make CERTAIN that they actually added any«extras» you may have paid for, such as extra turkey on a wrap. For the last three orders they failed to add the extras we had already paid for and tonight, they actually charged us AGAIN for extras that were already charged! Seems they have a personnel problem as noticed by other reviewers, but I think the lady who over-billed us might have actually been in charge! Yikes!

Relatively expensive for the portions that I got. I ordered the applewood scramble and strawberry banana smoothie and the smoothie was fine but I thought that the scramble was average at best. The side of potatoes are super greasy and overly drenched in flavor. I would probably order something else here if I were to come again.

I was not totally satisfied, so a manager stepped in and offered me a free lunch on them. I found this to be so refreshing. I will be coming back. Good customer service is hard to come by.

Their food is healthy, fresh, and onomastic! I usually go to the one located at the century city mall food court as it’s the closest one to me, but the one located in Brentwood is really pretty and fairly large in size. My favorites are their penne arrabiata pasta, fresh juice and smoothies, as well as their pastries! Their paninis and salads are tasty as well, you can’t really go wrong here! It’s a bit on the pricier side but I think they charge more due to the fact that a lot of their foods if not all, are organic and fresh/made to order. Have yet to try their breakfast foods as I have been there for lunch and dinner only.

Not that great for overpriced breakfast!!! 1– had the 2 organic eggs any style but it looks more like a Denny’s style egg bitter, not really appealing 2– service super slow, staff can’t really answer your questions about the breakfast 3– Five stars to the really fresh orange juice and the coffee was good!!! Looks like they have over-staff schedules and yet slow service!!!

Food is inconsistent and staff is slow. I could see my food sitting on the counter and the employee overlooked it several times and gave others who had ordered before me their food. It was early and somehow they had run out of utensils. There seem to be several complaints here about service and Coral Tree doesn’t seem to care to do anything about it.

I had the worst Cobb salad ever! I thought how bad can it be salad be when they put bacon in it? It’s pretty hard to screw that up but they did. It cost too much for the ha mess they just served me. Really wanted to like this place. But it’s just another 5 star crap hole.

I used to visit their Brentwood location all the time. I always though the food is good and healthy, but also way overpriced for what it is. On my last visit at the CC location, I opted just for the dessert and skipped the food. Again, I’d have to say the dessert is a little too much for what it should be, but not outrageous. The coconut cake was delicious. Moist and full of flavor. It was a large piece and perfect to share. I would definitely eat this again. However, the tiramisu was disappointing. I feel like I have had better tiramisu from Costco.

I went to Coral Tree Café for a Breakfast burrito and a side of bacon for breakfast. The first thing I noticed was that my $ 4 bacon was dry and burnt. Luckily, I was still in the area. I complained and received a refund for the bacon only. But I got the sense they weren’t truly remoreful for requiring a customer to pay $ 4 for BURNT bacon. What really got me is that when I returned to my office confident that the rest of the food was okay, I discovered that the side of potatoes were UNDERCOOKED, the black beans were UNDERCOOKED, and the burrito was dry. My $ 11 burrito was DRY and UNDERCOOKED! Thankfully, they had enough sense to void out the transaction so that I didn’t have to walk all the way back to their«restaurant,» even though they originally wanted me to walk back. The worse part of the experience was the LACKOFREMORSE from ALLBUTONE employee. The barrista was the only one who provided a sincere apology.

Good, but pretty overpriced and pretty poor service despite a large staff(the guy who took our order was definitely trying but having a hard time, it was very slow to come out, and when we asked for a coffee to go cup got handed a plastic cup… ok…). I know that the eggs are organic and all that, but a dozen organic eggs costs $ 5 so I’m not sure why breakfast for two people cost over $ 30 at a mall food court. I had the chicken sausage scramble which was good but when they said it came with a baguette, I imagined more than two tiny slices of a baguette. My bf had the egg in a hole, which was totally not how I imagined it. it was just two pieces of olive bread with a hole in the middle where the egg was stuffed. Okay, when I describe it, it sounds exactly right, but I’ve had a similar dish elsewhere where the bread was more of a roll with eggs stuffed inside. it just seemed more substantial. I love Coral Tree Café in Brentwood but the Express location unfortunately isn’t as good. It’s not bad, and definitely one of the better options in this food court, especially for breakfast, but not anything worth going out of your way for.

I usually went here regularly, but the quality has changed. The staff is cold and rude. There are ways of communicating something. The way this employee handled it was very poor. *edit* I also recently redeemed a complimentary beverage that was sent after I was messaged about this occurrence. I was going to give them another try. I don’t know if they messed it up on purpose… I ordered a iced vanilla latte, and I got this bitter blended that somewhat resembled a cardboard after taste. I took a sip and immediately threw it in the trash.

Located in the food court of Century City mall. I ordered the Pasta Al Forno was an atypical dish considering that it was not bedded in a thick sauce, but more of a liquid base. Almost borderline broth. Honestly a bit bland for what I usually find in pasta. The bacon is the only thing driving this dish. I also ordered the banana latte, which was delicious creamy and milky. A good latte. I think I will only be returning for the latte next time around.
