Constant Solar

I highly recommend Constant Solar for your solar installation. Robert Constant went above and beyond my expectations. He monitored our kWh output every month for a year and even came back out and made some minor adjustments in the panel positioning to give us greater sun exposure. As a retired Residential/​Commercial Building Inspector for the City of Los Angeles (35 years) I inspected many solar installations. I am extremely impressed with his professionalism, quality of work, attention to detail and follow-​through. I highly recommend Constant Solar to anyone considering installing a solar system.

I contacted Constant Solar in early July, 2010, (a reseacher friend of mine had done a bit of checking for me and found them) and they got back to me right away. Robert came out and measured, gave me some information about solar products, and a basic lesson in solar and how it works. As the incentives for solar installation were quite good, as well as the tax credits, the cost of the system was about ½ paid for which helped a great deal. Also, the cost of energy is not going to be cheaper any time soon. So it was a good time to do this.
Robert is their main sales person and also installer. He is quite good at what he does. He is low key, no pressure. He knows he is offering a great product and knows it will sell itself.
A time plan was set up for the various portions of the installation, and a payment plan was also set up matching the time frames of the installation. There was a slight hitch in that the solar panels that were originally going to be used were unavailable, so better panels were obtained –a little higher cost, but I was given extra time to pay for those.
At each step of the process, Robert and whoever else assisted showed up when they were scheduled to be there. In one instance, he called as there was any slight hitch in traffic so they ran a bit late. They were very professional about the work, and the installation. A wall in my garage had to be opened in a small area — that was done, patched, and primed for paint. You can’t even tell the wall was opened. The area was cleaned up after each installation. NOthing for me to do.
Robert advised me about cleaning the panels. easy to do. just hose them off.
When a payment was due after the installation was complete (for the extra cost solar panels) — I was called, and it was fine.
The process was so simple, easy and without problems that I had to address or handle, It could not have been simpler.
Constant Solar makes this look easy and simple. They handle the work and their customer care with a professional attitude. I have no hesitation to recommend them if you are looking for a company to install your new solar setup.
