Close Range Safety Training Academy

My own experience with Close Range has been really good. They seem to be a top-​notch, very professionally run business. I recently took the CPR /​First Aid class from Monique, and found it hugely informative (as well as a bargain in terms of pricing). In fact, one thing I especially appreciated was that even though they had a slew of last-​minute cancellations on the day of my CPR class, Monique still went ahead with class, even though I ultimately ended up being the only student that day. For the relatively small amount of money that I paid, I was frankly surprised they didn’t ask me to reschedule, but Monique was a good sport about it, and we actually ended up having a great day. It doesn’t get much better than having your own personal instructor, hehe. Plus, I always really appreciate it when you feel like a business has gone the extra mile for you.
Next up, I plan to take a basic weapons safety course with them. Although I’m not a gun owner and don’t have plans to become one, I figure it can’t hurt to be familiar with how to properly handle a firearm, should the need ever arise. And hopefully it won’t… :-)

Unfortunately the comment below is from a former, disgruntled employee that was terminated for poor performance and a bad attitude, of course that certainly wouldn’t make them happy or have them write a good review… you win some and you lose some. Based on her other reviews on Unilocal,she is a more unhappy individual than we first gave her credit for. Thank you all the same for enlightening us and you never worked as a security guard.

This place will straight up steal your money, if you working as guard for them. They practically slave drivers. One of the owners — S — is an arrogant child. Watch this review spoil his day. That’s how petty he is. And the other owner — M — total witch. She thinks she’s above everyone else.
Really, the only good thing about this place is the friendly receptionist. She’ll handle your concerns like it really matters. Whenever I had an issue, she would always help me with it.
Don’t work for them. Don’t come in here. Just go somewhere else.

They have very friendly staff and understanding. I recommend this place to people needing fingerprinting.
