Initially I thought they were doing a great job. Only to find out that one of the parts burnt out they would not follow back through and repair. Additionally trying to get them to come back and add on to an existing job was and is a virtual impossibility. Incredibly disappointed. Was referred by am AV vendor and they told me they would never use this for him again. Horrible service and attitude. No desire to do what’s right and repair issues that exist
