Great place for anything tobacco related but what makes this place awesome is that they have a cigar smoking room where you can light one up comfortably if your ever in between meeting or appointments.

Payam goes out of his way to get me what I want. He is so helpful that I drive an extra mile to come here.

There is no doubt in my mind that, when ever I come in here, I always walk out w/​what I originally came in for, & honestly on most occasions, I’ve walked out w/​additional items. Everything from cigarettes, ecig things & among other items, it’s been the same awesome chick who has helped me, while genuinely suggesting things she thought were beneficial to me. She’s a natural — very knowledgable & honest. When u leave, she always goes, «ciao!» Great experience all across the board! No joke!

I really like this spot. Came here with a friend and they have a huge inventory. Lots of cigars, hookahs, tobacco, and supplies. The humidor is perfect and clean. It was a nice experience and the regulars that frequent the lounge where friendly and conversant.

I’ve been to 2 cigar events here at Cig Zone and both times have been fun. Great deals on cigars/​boxes and accessories. They even had a taco guy for the whole event.
They also have lockers for those that are professionals.

I forgot the sweet, awesome attendant’s name but she was great! She helped me decide on cigars. She was very knowledgeable and upbeat. The store looked well maintained, well stocked and had a nice ambiance.

Great Customer service! Payam is best, he made me and my friend feel like at home. He took his time to educate us on how to start a hookah and made us feel like family. We will definitely come back to this hookah shop.

Very surprised at this place. They really need a better sign to sell the place as a legit cigar shop. They need to work on the lounge part, but overall it is a very nice shop with a respectable selection.
Went in on a weekday to check out their cigarillos. The guy working there was great, let me know what the customers like, what he likes. He sounded like a cigarette expert, but was able to give some good suggestions on what they had. Even offered to special order anything I wanted. How cool is that?!
They had a great humidor room going, and yeah it’s sticky and wet, but you should be worried if it’s too dry.
Selection is good, but alas not great, and I couldn’t find what I wanted. But thinking of giving them a call. Prices are pretty good, too. Lower than your Santa Monica cigar places will charge, but yeah, you can get better online. For the convenience, and the good stuff they had, it’s a great little place!

but yet I still go here because I like it so much.
Came back to re-​up on some supplies and man toys.
Got a battery for an e-​vaporizor.
Awesome battery w/​fantastic design (button is not protruding).
It was cheaper than Amazon.
Got another large glass bubbler also.
Not disappointed.
Will return.

This place is wonderful. You can usually find Natalie behind the counter (my wcw ;) — she is so wonderful — nice, friendly, and helpful. not pushy at all and doesn’t rush you in and out. The vibe here is super chill. sometimes I find myself wandering in, even though I have nothing to buy. They have a great selection of fun stuff — and usually have some great deals going on as well. Just go. trust me

A real smoke shop with a good selection of cigars and a separate cigar smoking room with TVs. One of the few comfortable places to smoke on the west side. We cigar smokers need to support good local tobacconists like Jason and his crew.

My favorite tobacco shop now. The young woman who is the manager is the most hekoful shop eployee I’ve ever seen and she treats the place like she owns it. That’s what I f*ckin like in a smoke shop! Knowledge, passion, and she’s oh so sweet and friendlty. She spent 30 minutes on me the other day KNOWING I wans’t going to buy anything right then but i was trying a bunch of e-​cig juices for the future, and she had no problem. She even hooked it up with a deal, buy 2 get 1 free! Going for that mocha latte, Chocolate Mint and not sure about the last one… just maybe tobacco when I get sick of all these fruity flavors lol.
She helped me pick pieces for my rig I got elsewhere and upon giving me an 18 mm nail knowing it was a 14 mm rig, it was accidental and she thought they were screw able but it was just aesthetic and she was about to throw them all out lol. I got myself an amazing torch that has a *knocks on wood* lifetime warranty but it seems like I’m going to have to jump through a hoop that may or may not cost $ 25…which was half the price of the freakin’ thing so why the heck am I gonna pay that crap you scam and lie and call «FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY» (oh yeah except you have to pay $ 25 shipping both ways such bs! But regardless the torch is freakin’ quality, it eats up my fluid like nobody’s business but it is fantastic! Price a little steep compared to online, $ 50 instead of maybe $ 40 but it was in person and I value that.
i’m going in today to buy those e-​gig 3 flavors she mentioned last time and probably spend an hour or more there because that’s just how it goes… I go for some cigar wraps and end up staying for 30 minutes, today I’m actually going for a few things so it’s going to be chaos lol… The flavors, about $ 25…some newport butane, not the huge pack but instead just 1 for $ 6, maybe the 30 dollar pack of POWER butane, not as refined but I’m not (yet) extracting, I just feel like I will before I go through TWELVE CANS so the price is great but you gotta stick with nweport if it’s for anything but burning… also the same brand as the torch the head goes in perfectly.
Anyways yeah aweosme shop and awesome deals every time with this chick, she knows everything and shows me anything. I may be a bit eager at times but she forgvies me (thank god nothing really fell and broke phew i just caught one bowl! Organized it all nice for her and apologized profusely when she came over lol.
Anyways, great staff 5/​5, prices are ⁴⁄₅ but the overall atmosphere is a ⁵⁄₅ so this place gets a ⁵⁄₅ and my business today, pretty young lady if you’re working there today, Thursday 2÷20÷14 at 9am or whatever I’m showing you that I reviewed!!! Peace, go at least chill in the cigar room for members and relax and drink your coffee, or browse their excellent selection of… everything.

I came through here on recommendation of a cigar buddy. He said, «Guy, give it a try; you won’t regret it.» He was right. I went in with no expectation, I was pleasantly surprised. Good selection of cigars and great prices. Great customer service! To me, that is key. Let me tell you, you should try it out. You won’t regret it.

All I buy are cigarettes, service is fast, people are nice.
But if you smoke your tobacco in other «devices» than papers, they have quite the collection of pipes to browse from. For tobacco only. Stop it.
