Ciccero’s Pizza

I love this place. The pastas are so delicious, especially the Chicken Cilantro.
If you say «SUPER LUNCH SPECIAL» the lunch is only $ 6.50-$ 7 bucks! Not to mention it comes with soup AND a drink, AND free delivery! TWO THUMBS UP!

I am extremely disappointed with the service i just had today thats why I’m writing a review.
The first time i came here it was good, and really fresh! Wasn’t too much to brag about but it was decent and low cost, with no delivery fee.
However today 2.5.16 i ordered a roma tomato pizza and a vegetarian pizza. They told me 45 mins but got to me in 25 – 30 mins. (I am fine with fast service, but MAKE sure the order is correct too)
— My vegetarian pizza was just OK. the bell pepper and onion literally were not cook!.. the pizza barely tasted like it was cooked for one. No flavor either. When i bit into the pizza the bell pepper make a loud crunch sound which means (hasn’t been cooked)
— Roma tomato pizza — i asked them to make sure light cheese and light sauce was on the pizza. Of course i get the pizza and its exactly opposite of what i asked for –_​–
I called and they did offer to send me another pizza which i accepted.
HOWEVER when i received the new pizza. there was no joke minced garlic exposed allll over the pizza. I could scrape the garlic off and put it in a small jar to take home and cook with later if i wanted too! As im writing this im developing serious heartburn from the enourmous amount of garlic they put on their.
Overall– i really feel like they had someone come in and act as a chef that day. Such a disappointment. I dont think i can go back there after this situation. $ 23.30 down the drain and I’m extremely unhappy.

They’ve really stepped it up, sweet lady that j believe is the owner walked into the place I work to give out coupons. I decided to give it a try again & wow blown away the food is so tasty!

We often order from Ciccero’s at work and I’ve also dined in, so I’ll list the items:
The good:
— They have free delivery!
— They also have a low minimum for free shipping
— The food is delivered in a reasonably quick fashion. The salad is always pretty well made, and the garlic bread is yummy.
— The portions are generous.
The bad:
— Ordering over the phone can be either an easy, pleasant experience, or an arduous one.
— The food is inconsistent. And I mean the prep/​taste of it. Sometimes, its great. Sometimes, its good. Other times, its pretty average. Its really a roll of the dice, and makes me want to figure out what cook works when so I can order on the right day kind of thing =\
So minus a star overall.

Went there for their roasted turkey and avocado sandwich and it was perfect. Salad was good as well. Plus the drink made it even more worth it.

We order delivery from here all the time — can’t beat that 2 for 1 pizza deal! But I will say one thing I am not a fan of is their sandwiches, YUCK. Hate to say it because their other stuff has been pretty bomb, but man oh man the sandwiches seriously suck. We’ve tried pastrami, roast beef, turkey — all terrible. No idea how you can fuck up a sandwich, but we’ll be sticking to the pizza and pasta personally.

Delicious pizza, and 2 for the price of one! A little more sauce could go a long way, but still tasty. Great veggie pizza for vegetarians!

I’ll start with the pros, end with the cons, then give the stars. Free delivery, low minimum, good shrimp, delivered in good timing, and food did taste okay (haven’t had the salad yet). Five point for cicceros.
Pizza had a lot of dough, and I mean a lot. I ended up moving the toppings to one side and gave the other side of bread to the ducks. My drink came in a can. It just doesn’t taste the same when I know it’s in/​from a can. Two points slytherin.
Guess that’ll leave me with three stars, I’m a picky Italian mutt, so that’s pretty good for a pizza place. I might give it a second try for a calzone.

Terrible customer service. The guy got impatient with me because I asked for grilled veggies and it ‘wasn’t on the menu,” although they have grilled veggie pizza and grilled veggie sandwiches. WTF. I asked him what kind of drinks they had and he said «we have all kind of drinks, choose one.» Rude. Then when I asked my co-​worker if she wanted soup or salad with her pasta, he told me ‘call me back when you have it all together.” I don’t know who owns this place, but a little good customer service, and you could’ve had some healthy repeat business with a production company in the area, including catering/​craft-​service opportunities. But you blew it. The service must’ve been bad if I’m taking the time out to write a review. Ciccro’s, please train the people who answer the phones not to be impatient a**holes…

Sooo this place is not good! I came to help some friends move and typed the closest pizza spots, but this was a very disappointing choice. The worst part is, is that I bought four full pizzas. It’s like a disappointing booger that you go to pick and come out with a small finger full of slop that you have to roll up to flick across the room.

I ordered a meat lover’s pizza and not only was it fantastic and baked just right with being overcooked (I can’t stand dough bubbles or burnt crust), imagine my surprise at having the delivery guy (free delivery by the way!) show up at my place with TWO pizzas. «I only ordered one pizza» — «ya, but we’re having a two-​for-​one special on every pizza» — woohoo! The pizza was hot and fresh, my root beer was still nice and cold, and my extra pizza served as lunch and dinner in the following days!

Delivery takes 45min-​1hr. Would have been nice if they tell you that when placing your order. I literally live directly across the street, a 5 minute walk across Pico Blvd. I will order pickup from now on. I’m starved and it took 55 minutes to get the pizza. The pizza deals are what keep me coming back.

Do not order delivery from them! I ordered through Eat24. I got the shrimp calzone with the side salad and a diet coke. I have ordered calzones before from other places and they turn out great. This one was disgusting. It was soggy, tasteless, absolutely no seasoning. I was starving so I tried to eat a little of it but other than a few shrimp and a couple of not totally disgusting spots of dough I just couldn’t do it. The salad, dressing and soda were not very cold at all so I didn’t even eat that.
I have worked at several italian restaurants, even cashiering and delivery driving, so I would never ask for my money back unless it was really bad. Eat24 said the restaurant would not refund my money. Getting my money back would not have made me ever eat there again but I wouldn’t have written a bad review.

The quality of their salad has gone down. Almost half of my grilled turkey and heart of palms salad was not edible and had to be thrown away.
I didn’t so much mind picking out a few yellow tipped or rotten pieces of the chopped red leaf lettuce but when half of my salad is being picked out, that becomes a problem. I also found a dead bug on one of the full lettuce pieces. My salad also came with broccali, and majority of the green broccoli had turned yellow and brown at the tips.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering salads from this place anymore.

Ordered delivery from here. Got two orders of hot wings (7 wings for $ 4.95 per order) (picture added) and a pastrami sandwich lunch special which comes with a side salad and a can of soda for $ 7.45
The wings were pretty awful, I guess you get what you pay for. I had to put my own wing sauce on them since I couldn’t taste any on them the way they came. They were also extremely soggy where the skin is falling off as opposed to real crunchy/​crispy like good wings are supposed to be. I think I would prefer 7-Eleven’s wings over these. The pieces were small and pieces of the bones would break off so I kept having to spit out little pieces of «stuff.» Just don’t order them.
The pastrami sandwich lunch combo was alright. The taste was fine but it wasn’t much meat. I ended up tossing most of the bread otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to taste any of the meat.
On a positive note, they did give me a ton of ranch, 3 containers. I imagine that would have been 1 for each order of wings and 1 for the side salad. Seriously, between the wings, the salad, and dipping the pastrami in the ranch to give it better flavor, I maybe went through ½ of 1 of the ranch containers.
So if you don’t care about your food and just want ranch sauce, this is the place for you. As for me, I likely won’t be ordering from here again.

I walked in.
I walked up to the counter.
Guy was on the phone, taking an order.
OK, gives me time to check out the menu.
OK, 1 minute later and I’m ready to order.
I stood there, 2 feet from the guy across the counter.
He’s still on the phone, taking the order, then starts to talk about other stuff.
I like to think I’m a polite guy – I patiently waited for the guy to get off the phone.
Apparently this is the most epic order of all time, since the guy talked for three more
minutes.
Finally, he hung up the phone.
«Hi», I said to the guy, «I’d like a cheese – «
“One moment, sir,» the guy said. Another call is coming in.
HE ANSWERED THE PHONE. IT’S ANOTHER DELIVERY ORDER.
He casually began taking the order, as if a real life in person CUSTOMER was not standing right in front of him!
I stood there, DUMBFOUNDED.
Part of me wanted to start going Game of Thrones Dothraki invasion on this dude, and the other part of me was fascinated to see how long it would take for me to actually get an order in with this human automated response system.
I had lost all patience at that point, though.
I walked out.
FUCK THIS PLACE.

This place is amazing I’ve never been to their location but I always ordered during lunch time and I always order from the super special lunch menu which whatever on the menu is you get it for 750… I started off with their sandwiches and wow wow wow so delicious such a lot of food for so little price. Customer service is excellent the guys that deliver the food are very nice and the first time I’ve ordered this salad and it looks amazing it’s the antipasto salad… I added chicken and paid 10.36 in totally for the salad that looks like it can feed at least 2 – 3 people… Amazing I will definitely refer people to this place. Food is delicious can’t go wrong with them

Sure this place has both good and bad reviews but to each their own experience.
I actually like Ciceros Pizza. They may not make it perfect the first time you order but the guys behind the counter are willing to add and adjust for you.
I prefer pick up so I can be as picky as Id like without confusing the guy on the other line.. Delivery is always iffy but I haven’t had a bad experience.
It’s decent ingredients at a ridiculously great price!
Don’t want the same toppings as your friend, mother, or significant other? Have no fear, buy one pizza get another free!

My boyfriend and I order from here pretty often… Until tonight. Tonight will be the last time. When we received our order tonight (after almost an hour when we were quoted 30 – 45 mins), there was not one hair, not two hairs, but what looks like an entire PINCH OF HAIR sprinkled on my boyfriends salad. It was the first thing we saw when we opened the containers. Bön appetite! NOT!!!
What’s worse is that we called the restaurant and they accused US of adding the hairs. They sent a delivery guy to bring us another side salad to replace it. He was also kind enough to tell us it was our own hair. Keep in mind I have long blonde hair my boyfriend has short straight light brown hair, and the hair in the food looked curly black and pubish. It makes me want to vomit just thinking about it. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Absolutely nothing special. But in particular, the bread, the pizza crust, and the sauce — not good. 2 for 1 pizza? You can keep it.
1. Meatball Sandwich — I’m a specialist. I know meatball sandwiches, and this is very average. Fresh meatballs, but overcooked and underseasoned. Plus, underseasoned sauce, and a terrible roll. ($ 6.50, 2.5 stars)
2. Greek Pizza — quality ingredients of kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, capers, and roma tomatoes — but with a terrible, thick crust. Sounded so good, I didn’t notice it didn’t have feta, and it should. ($ 22.95÷2, 3.0 stars)
3. Roma Tomato w/​Pepperoni — tomato, garlic, fresh basil, and added pepperoni. Again, nice quality ingredients atop of a terrible, thick crust. ($ 24.45÷2, 3.0 stars)
Good experience with the phone ordering process (competent, efficient), and good delivery service keeps this at a 3 star, rather than 2 star. But, I won’t be ordering from Cicerro’s again.
