Chopstick Express

alright so today i take kids and my wife come to this place its near the school birmingham since my kids was study there their food was good i enjoy the food here i came very often since first i comment thier green curry yellow curry was good too sad that they are close early nowaday 6.30 and they already wash up i still love the food tho thx chopstick!

I ordered eggs rolls, cream cheese wontons and orange chicken. The wontons were chunky, and disgusting. I spit it out so I wouldn’t get sick. The egg rolls tasted like they they were raw inside and were gooey. The orange chicken was ok. Edible at the very least. I regret ordering food from here having never eaten here before. But I’ll never eat here again. Ever. Disgusting. Oh, and my $ 2 Sprite was flat and tasted like seltzer. In seriously pissed off.

This place is slowly incorporating different types of food, from Chinese food to sushi to some Thai food being available. Mom and pops restaurant located right next to Birmingham High school. I like going here all the time since its very close to my house and every time I come, the owners are always accommodating. Recent;y got a Pad Thai and they were very good. Not to mention the price was just right!

Horrible place, I thought I was going to enjoy my lunch but it was far from that. We (Co workers and I) ordered the two entrée and chow mein combo special. Mine was teriyaki chicken (which was like leg meat) and Kung pao chicken except there wasn’t anything but vegetables. We called upset that they chose to deceive us and wanted to let them know it wasn’t okay. They tried telling us that they did include chicken but then admitted that maybe it didn’t have enough. They gave one of us credit for a combo but not both. How ridiculous is that!!! They brought the new combo with beef and brocolli but had no beef. I will no longer go back and I will make it a case and tell all of my friends and family to avoid this place. Attached is a picture of the brocolli. I’m sure they’re nice people but as far as business practices they still have a lot to learn.

I’ve been here before I few times but never got a chance to write a review. The place has decent food. The owner are Chinese I believe so they know what they are doing. I got a two items meal as always at $ 5.45 plus tax and the powerade for $ 1.50 more. Some time I come around 9pm which they are cleaning up they have pre boxed on the counter with different side dishes in the for just $ 5.
They have sushi and does catering.
The place is very clean and a good atmosphere. Plenty of parking spot. Located just across the Orange line bus stop. The parking area gets pack during 3pm to 6pm because of the schools nearby.
I am willing to come back again for their great service.

Kindest owners ever. Took my order, even though it was super close to closing time. The pineapple fried rice was amazing! Showed me the ingredients for Pad See Ew, since I’m allergic to shellfish and many people use fish sauce that has oysters in it, so he showed me the bottle! And then when I left and my car made a weird sound, he ran outside to tell me what was wrong with my car! What do you say about that? Can’t wait to have that rice again!

They food was good but it was cold. I would had enjoyed it more if it was warm. The people who work there are really nice tho.
