Since becoming a non meat eater, Chipotle has provided a weekly treat with its fulfilling veggie burrito — in direct reciprocation of their employees attitudes. As often with most people, the workers here project a «non holier than thou» attitude when confronted with an order that is not filled with animal. I can’t say that I won’t be returning to Chipotle but this location stinks of «fast food syndrome.» May they hire higher personalities.

This is my spot to go to if I want to eat something fast and cheap. If I’m too lazy to cook I always come here since i live right above it. Food is a bit pricey for a fast food spot, just mediocre and definitely not authentic. If you’re looking for real authentic Mexican food, you can go right across the street to the taco truck a block away. I think if they made a queso sauce, that would be a game changer. The staff is nice and friendly. No complaints there. I just don’t like how some workers give you such little portions and if you ask for more they look displeased. Usually people go to Chipotle because they hook you up with the portions. One really big thing i want to point out is that this location is not as sanitary as most Chipotles. I never eat there. always take my food to go and eat at my apartment. They need the staff to wipe down tables more often. Also they need to organize the soda and utensil area more. Most of the times I have to go to the cashier to ask for more napkins(which at time they give me paper towels instead), forks and sauces. I really don’t like the fact that this location does not provide spoons.

«YES, I KNOWGUACISEXTRA». So I went in today to order guacamole and chips. The host Breeze(as stated on the receipt) was kind enough to ring me up ahead then asked her co-worker, whom I dont know his name but was VERYRUDE, for guacamole. Received it and asked if I can have a bit more. He stared at it then stared at me and said«It could only be 4 oz». Like does it matter if Im paying for it and Im the customer can’t you just give me what I want. I was totally okay with paying extra. Then he stated«Ok it has to close, but since it doesnt I’ll have to charge you more… I’ll just put more in another cup» WTF. Just put enough for it to close and done. Its not my fault they only filled it up 2⁄3 of the way. After allIm paying $ 4.00. They need to work on customer service. My job orders from there a lot and catering. Ive told my experience about this place and we wont order catering from this location again! Very upset customer. This got me so upset, I felt singled out and YES I went there. I called corporate.

Favorite place for a burrito bowl to add more flavor I like to ask for extra mild sauce and extra corn… You can ask for anything extra for free(except the meat)… and dont forget to ask for your tortilla!

This place is horrible. The mexican lady who seemed like a manager expecting customer to basically do them a service. And the amount. I ordered a bowl and the amount they gave me was literally the half the size of bowl. Never coming back here again.

Honestly, I come to this Chipotle quite often. Even amid the recent controversy and scandals regarding Chipotle’s healthiness, or lack thereof, my love for Chipotle is ever so strong. It’s probably the best value available in terms of the amount of food you get for that price. The reason why I’m giving this Chipotle a 2-star rating is because of one simple reason: I’ve had a much better customer experience at a lot of other Chipotles. It’s not news that Chipotle has become a very big player in the fast food industry. On a side note, I find it annoying when people say that Chipotle isn’t fast food. Come on guys, you’re literally in and out of there in less than five minutes. Don’t tell me that isn’t fast. And right now, it seems as if Chipotle has sort of become a monopoly; there is no other restaurant of its kind. Chipotles like this one are using this simple fact and using it to their advantage. They don’t really have to provide the best customer service anymore because they aren’t really lacking in customers They know that they will always have an influx of customers because of the fact that they don’t have an actual competitor. It’s not like they’re McDonald’s and have to worry about the Burger King or Carl’s Jr. down the street. Now one can say that any other fast food restaurant is potentially a competitor of Chipotle, but even Taco Bell doesn’t really compare. No other restaurant provides you with the ability to see your $ 8 Mexican masterpiece being created right in front of you in REAL-TIME. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the food and will probably keep coming to this Chipotle because of its proximity to home. I just don’t like it when companies take advantage of their position in the industry and start slacking off in the customer service department. You hardly ever see an Apple or a Disney lacking in this department. Chipotle, please don’t forget about the basics. Smile, have a good time with the customers, and try to keep your personal life outside of the workplace.

I was studying at Café Mak,(located across the street), and being a broke college student, I wanted to eat something fast, cheaper, and yummy. I decided to try out the chipotle near by. The staff was really nice. The environment seemed kind of dirty. Although it’s located by the subway and I’m sure people come in and out to eat fast, they could have a staff be in charge of wiping tables down every 45 minutes. They had plenty of employees that night. As a woman, I also didn’t feel comfortable eating there. Men were staring through the glass and the men in the store were kind of gross when looking at me. I understand that this isn’t the safest place in town so ladies, keep that in mind. That will be my first and last time eating there. I’ll bring it to my car next time. Because of the cleanliness and ambiance, chipotle on Wilshire and Vermont gets three stars.

By far one of the worst locations I have been to. The staff are always busy gossiping to each other when taking your order that you have to repeat what you want more than once. Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live but next time I’ll just drive a few miles down to the location in down town. Management really needs to really train these employees in having customer service and being cordial. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

This location sucks. I asked for guacamole on the side and he put it in my bowl, when I corrected him he scooped up ¼ of my bowl and tossed it. Then I asked for a water cup and the girl just tossed the cup

Chipotle is one my fav places to go to when in hunger. I take out of this outlet sometimes. It is close to the Wilshire/Vermont station probably also a reason for it being crowded most hours of the day. it is quite a space, u can eat a quick lunch or go out with friends. the servers are friendly and very sweet. I just have one complaint, the veggie bowl comes with the guac and ysday when i ordered it to take away my guac was missing. by the time i opened and realised they were shut :( apart from that Chipotle js great!

THISISFORVEGGIEBOWLLOVERS. Although the majority of the customers in the reviews are pissed AF at this location I’m just gonna go ahead and give a GRAND shout out to the employees here. Most importantly a young hispanic woman, maybe early 20’s,(very descriptive I know) who put the finishing touches on my bowl yesterday and revealed that all veggie bowls receive free guac. to replace protein value. AM I LATEONTHISNEWS ?? apparently because I’ve been going to Chipotle for years and never knew. The only reason I got a Sofritas bowl was to eat the protein on the side because it’s the same price as a veggie bowl. But alas I can go back to my first love and It’s all because of her. Wish I knew her name. She changed my world! And yes I refused to pay extra for guac. over the years, I never believed I should have had to.

Decided to give this location another try just for a quick bite. I ordered a chicken quesadilla to go, to my surprise when I got home the quesadilla wasn’t cut. Luckily since I was home, I had a knife but this shouldn’t be a valid excuse.

worst location so far. we all love chipotle, but tonight it was a turn off. The most bothering thing to me was the staff. 1. they were asking me to repeat my order over and over. 2. even after me repeating my order to them? they still messed it up somehow. 3. portions are waaaay too small compare to other Chipotle restaurant locations I’ve been to. double steak looks like a quarter steak, but priced as double meat. 4. guy making a quesadilla and adding sauces and stuff wears dirty clothes. 5. grand finale. I had 2⁄3 of a whole avocado in my bowl, thank you for taking the nut out at least f*ckfaces. very disappointed in this location. oh, and if you want to wash your hands, better do it before since they don’t have a restroom.

The food is just like other chipotles. They have freshly topping and are consistent. I took one star off because one of the employees kept getting annoyed that I was asking for certain topping and that kinda ruined my experience a bit. But other than that my food was good. Idk what’s with the low ratings. I better not see any of those ppl when I go next time lmao

Lunch on Tuesday, 5÷19÷15 You can’t go wrong with Mexican food. I know it’s not an authentic Mexican restaurant but what they offer here is pretty delicious. They’re located at a busy corner and also where there’s a subway stop so the line can get quite long. The wait isn’t too bad though because the servers and cashiers are very quick. Seating is limited although they have bar seating, indoor seating, and outdoor seating. I like how the menu shows each selection with the calories next to them. I really like the burrito but lately I’ve been ordering the salad to eat a bit healthier. So far, the burritos and the salad with steak have been filling. I don’t order the guacamole because it seems overpriced. Don’t forget the drinks. It has unlimited refills too. Chipotle is pretty pricey but when I crave Mexican food, I’d come here to customize my salad or burrito.

Unilocal100CHALLENGE6⁄100 I’ve been to many Chipotle locations all over LA during lunch rush and evening rush and I’ve never seen one as slow moving as this one. There are 6 people working the line and it is lunch rush, but the line is moving incredibly slowly. I don’t plan on returning!

As a regular at Chipotle not only at the location but at other locations, I always expect the best and so far that’s what I’ve gotten until I went to this location. My friend and I went here on our lunch break ordered online and picked up. When we got back to work to enjoy our lunch we found ourselves fishing out our burnt fajitas like extremely burnt, not toasty and delicious but burnt. And to be honest with you guys the fajitas are my favorite, which is why I’m writing this review. I guess we could have gone back to the location to ask for a new order but like I said earlier we were time constructed because we were on our lunch break. I don’t know what my review will do for you guys but this was my experience at chipotle in this location probably would make me reconsider me visiting here again.

How does it take 30 minutes for cheese to be ready… I’ve noticed that this chipotle has very slow service and the ingredients are often not available. Only go here if you have to.

Yes it’s mediocre food and yes it’s a pit pricey for«fast food» and yes it’s not authentic but… THAT’S WHATCHIPOTLEISALLABOUT shoot. I love how they have fake mexican food and they have non-authentic sometimes really fake salsas and guacs haha I always get the salad bowl with carne asada and no beans or rice and extra cheese and sour cream… now you can’t get this nonsense anywhere but chipotle. If you want your authentic«straight from mexico then go across the street to the taco truck… they for sure have what you’re looking for. For fast food the price isn’t so college student friendly and nothing screams«dollar menu» here but it’s somewhat healthy and the meat isn’t so «I don’t know what I am» as in they are legit beef, chicken, or pork. haha I like chipotle, it’s nothing I crave but if it’s there I’ll eat it. BUT I DO crave their guac and chipotle tobasco sauce… it’s like crack. I think I really like this location. I just moved to LA didn’t know anywhere I was coming back from hollywood on the stinking metro and when I saw chipotle it just reminded me of back home in orange county for no reason so I got my salad bowl sat down at and just ate my food watching people rush by. So this location is a bit special hahaha Yes, 4 star might be a little too much for the taste and price but it’s chipotle. :) haha Oh and they have tofu now… you really think your ghetto super authentic taco joints are gonna give you tofu because you’re vegetarian? …didn’t think so, if you tell them you’re vegetarian at another taco joint they’ll just stare and you for a really long time and ask if you want some tortilla with your onions and cilatro… yup that’s right. HAHAHAH
