The Château de Paix has had a total turnaround! The new managers are on top of everything! Plumbing is being upgraded and it’s the most serene building in the greatest area. I love living here and my neighbors seem to agree. Great building for young professionals.

I’ve lived here for over a year and loved how LARGE the apartments are, the patios, secure parking, lots of natural light(in my place at least) and the location but YO… I can’t take it anymore!!! I’m out! Mainly because of the poor maintenance. Things are always breaking!!! My year in review: random pipes busting in the garage, no hot showers in the AM(they’ve fixed this… for now), one time no electricity, cops out front! cops out front again. WHOARETHESEPEOPLE?! Garage door is broken… I can’t get in! Garage door sensor changed but I didn’t know in time(no notice) and I can’t get out to drop my friend at the airport!!! 11PM neighbor knocks on my door, uhm… I think you have a water leak(kitchen), its coming into my apartment… I didn’t turn any water on. Was it resolved? Nope. FIIIIRRRRRREEEEE in the laundry room(no lie). My neighbor and I refer to this as «Drama on Tabor Street». Believe me, it goes DOWN! Ernie the manager AND maintenance guy is very nice and I can’t fault him totally because he is only one person and I think he tries his best but he is NOT timely on getting things fixed. It took him 3 months to address 1 request and another has been open for 3 weeks! AAAND this past week my oven, dishwasher and 2 of 3 outlets in the kitchen have decided to stop working. Days later you think maintenance has even come to take a look?! Ha! Like I said Ernie is a nice guy but he can’t do it all. This place needs a full-time manager and another maint person since things are so prone to break. All I ask is that you FIXIT! FIXIT! FIXIT! Good luck apartment hunting!
