Before I dig into my what looks to be an amazing cemita, I have to comment on their LARGE selection of cemitas to choose from their menu: pork, ham, barbacoa, asada, chicken, salmon, milanesa, veggie, etc. They do accept CC. Yay for convenience! And a lot of seating available

If you order takeout, always inspect your purchase before leaving. They got mine wrong again today. The sandwiches are fine, but the girl at the desk is clueless. It had been a while since the last screwup, and I was in a hurry. That will teach me.

These cemitas give me good vibes. Always get the beef jerky with both sauces, it’s the eternal.

There are one of the best cemitas I have tried in California, they have one call«al 100» that one has all kinds of meats and if you ask with quesillo they taste more original like the ones from Puebla

This place has some of the best food, unique in taste! The cemitas similar to tortas but more engridiants so way bigger in size and taste. Try it with sangria so delish! Never crouded & good service so I give this a big 5 star.

Best cemitas in town! It’s a MUST when your’re in the valley! You can barely see the place from the outside, as the windows are very dark and it gets lost in between other businesses. Finding the parking itself was a bit of a challenge, but absolutely worth it! Prices are reasonable and cheap, and the food quality is the best! Definitely get your cemita with papalos and queso Oaxaca! Best gem in the valley.

This place is your hole in the wall gem. From the outside it looks pretty no frills and unassuming. Once inside, there was only one table of people eating food. It was in the later afternoon around 4ish. I’ve learned later this is the 2nd location as the first location is over on Victory Blvd by Kester. Anyway, we ordered some food. I got the #4 which is the marinated steak with jalapeño and string cheese on it while bf got the #14 Tacotote and an avocado taco. Once we received the food, it was so damn good we ordered some more food to go to enjoy later. We got the salmon cemitas, taco arabe and a marinated chicken cemitas with chipotle sauce. The salmon one was pretty good too as was the taco arabe. I’d recommend asking for another shot of the sauce with the taco arabe as they only give you one little side of it. This place is worth at least a visit and to indulge yourself.

So I’ve been going to all this different restaurants lately and surprisingly they have all been pretty good. Cemitas, first time trying them didn’t know they excisted its a combination of a hamburger and torta, with sourdough bread taste, but way better. No words to explain the taste. Plenty of cheese and avocado. After I ate this I didn’t want to eat anything else. the flavor and the portion was filling.

Don’t get me wrong folks, I LOVE tortas, all types of tortas, even the tortas that squeeze into skinny leg jeans, lift their boobs up with corset-type bras and do their hair in victory rolls and mini pomps. Love them! However, I’m always open to trying new shit. I had driven past the cemita place on Victory countless times, yet never stopped. Yesterday after work I decided to stop and try said cemitas… to my mothafuckin’ dismay the shit was closed :(But a nice young lady came out and told me that there was another Cemitas Don Adrian right down the street on Van Nuys and that they closed at 8:00 p.m. I high tailed it over there, walked in and placed my order. 3 beef milanesa cemitas to go.(Gots to look out for the fam bam naaahmean?) $ 18 bucks later I walk out with a paper bag that seems a bit heavy, figured it was salsa or something get home open the bag and there sit three big ass sandwiches. No salsa or anything else, the heaviness came from the food itself. Took my first bite and fell in love. This thing came with a big piece of breaded steak, avocado queso Oaxaca(Mexican string cheese, bomb shit folks) and chipotle chili which gave it the perfect smoky flavor that complimented all of the ingredients. Delicious dinner at a delicious price. Don Adrian knows his shit and i’m glad I found it too!
