Carl’s Jr Restaurants

This location has plenty of parking spaces.
I just want to eat my food and get the hell out of here.

Compare to other Carl’s Jr, this one is much slower…
you have to wait for like 20 minutes after you placed your order.
there’s couple of time hitting the drive-​thru and wait for 10 minutes.
This establishment missed the point of having the drive-​thru.
Messy place, noisy.
i have no complaints on the foods.

Slowest fast food ever, been waiting almost 30 minutes. Workers move at a snails pace while one woman actually tries to get stuff done, have watched 6 + cars go through drive thru

I have to give this place 5 stars… only because the quality of the food never changes-​for the good, I can always come here when I’m staving and need a quick bite for this little bun in my oven .
The staff at the drive through is always so nice, and quick-I’m a sucker for a sweet human being-​and if your a pet lover that’s extra icing on the cake-​haha I don’t think you can’t take pets inside if they are not service dogs.

This Carl’s Jr. Either needs to hire more people or hire faster people ! It never fails ! I come here most of the time for a burger and always makes me pull over to the side and wait ! Like really? And I mean ALWAYS.

This place is worse than Hitler. There was a mysterious gelatinous substance in my burger that I can only imagine is some form of bodily fluid. My fries were soggy and my drink tasted like tears. Also like what the hell I’ve heard they don’t let people walk through the drive thru — !!! Like why do they care if I am moving with my legs or with an engine.

I come here because It is near my house and near some stores I go too. If I get hungry I stop by and get something quick to eat. The food is the same as another Carl’s JR.
I’m not a huge fan of this location. They always take forever even if I go in the drive thru. They just make me park somewhere and say they will take my food to my car.
The reason I use the drive thru is so that my order will be quick if not I could just get down. I do not recommend this Carl’s JR to anyone unless they like to wait forever for their order.

Maria L, our server yesterday, was very rude and got our order wrong even though i requested a specific way on how i wanted one of the things i ordered. i will avoid this place like the plague even though i live nearby and i will go to subway and mcdonalds that are across the street before this place.

Zero stars if I could… if you are going to order something off the menu and you dont have any requests on how you want it then maybe Carls Jr is the place for you. If you have any specific requests where you dont want something on your sandwich you might be out of luck. I wanted my burger to be lettuce, tomato, and onion ONLY. That means the bun, burger patties, lettuce, tomato, and onion. I went thru drive thru my burger had onion, cheese, and mayo (of course I didnt check until I got home) so I gave them another chance with the same request, it had only cheese on it (again I didnt check until I got home) so I said okay, maybe I need to go inside. Last night I went inside, ordered and again I said only lettuce, tomato, and onion. After the guy rang me up I said, are you sure they wont put cheese on it, he said, unless it states cheese it will be without cheese. Fine I wait, open my sandwich it has cheese, mayo, on it. I tell the guy its wrong, they make another one, it has cheese on it again. I said you know what, just give me a refund and I left. I mean seriously? My request was not that hard the only why I come back here is if I want a taste for fries. From now on I will go to IN&OUT…

Food is quick. Service is good. They have a new battered cod fish sandwich, love it!!!

As far as chain fast food goes, Carl’s Jr. Is pretty good. So no complaints there. My problem is with the cleanliness (lack of) and the painfully bad and slow service. I don’t think that I have ever been to Carl’s Jr. and my order has been correct on the first try, but a least it takes a very long time to get served.
In regards to the cleanliness issue all I have say is; What wizard’s alchemy has been used to make my table at Carl’s Jr. sticky, slimy, moist, and dry all at the same time? I’m certain that this tactile miracle must have combat applications.

one of the cooks this sunday morning, said to one of the cashiers in the back, «chinito», suggesting «the Chinese boy is waiting», while I was standing in line. I’m a middle age Asian man, certainly not a boy, and not Chinese. I can’t believe in the society that we live in today, that I have to hear this sort of racial comment in a corporate American store by an employee.
At the very least the cashier corrected the cook and said that she cannot say that word. I was tempted to follow up with corporate Carl’s Jr, but have decided to forgive her at least that much, cause I’m certain she could lose her job if I reported it. However should this happen again to someone else reading this, I may encourage you do.

So disappointed! I always come to this Carl’s jr during different hours of the day and they always have good service and make the food with love… Not this time!
… We pulled up to the drive thru around 1am, there wasn’t a car behind us, and the lady taking our order kept asking if we were ready and we kept telling her to give us a second. Idk what her hurry was there was noone behind us, and I could tell she started to get an attitude. Idk what this lady’s deal was, I had never seen her at this location before. We got our food and left.
I had been dying to try the new buffalo blue cheese criss cut fries for awhile… And when I opened the box, i saw the saddest thing I had ever seen. I was soo disappointed, there were about 6 criss cut fries in there, the box was basically empty. I was so mad, luckily my boyfriend saw how disappointed I was and let me get like half his burger which was pretty good. Anypoo, I’m still mad! Stupid lady wearing a shirt two sizes too small!

Before you read my review, please know that this is a fast-​food chain. I am rating this place as I consider that it is fast-​food!
For my personal taste, Carl’s Jr. is so much better in their own unique way than McDonald, Burger King, and etc. I believe that it carries more unique, somewhat fusion hamburger menus than other hamburger chains.
This time, I ordered Western Bacon burger along with BBQ salad and french fries. I didn’t expect this salad to be this fresh and delicious! So good! I am giving my thumb up for that generous amount of salad (as I compare it to price), freshness of veggies, quality of chickens in the salad, and the overall taste!!! Also I believe that Carl’s Jr. made changes a lot in their food. I used to eat this burger ever since I was in Jr. High (It’s been long~) and the quality and the taste got so much better than back then. Now everything is less greasy (=fresh), and more delicious, even the sweet potato and french fries are less salty and oily now!
I personally do not like fast-​food, but worth going when you are running late or when you are feeling like you wanna go fast but good.

Not fond of this Carl’s jr just because of its location. It’s on a very busy street with cars and foot traffic. This is about the only decent fast food chain that is nearly work and come when I need my $ 6 dollar protein burger and forgot my lunch. It’s in a bad area, within a shopping center that has random people hanging out looking at you and coming up to you when you ate ordering your food, doesn’t exactly make you feel safe.

The dirtiest Carl’s Jr. I’ve been to.
The bathrooms were not cleaned. There was a lot of toilet paper and feces on the floor.
The staff took really long getting people their orders. A few people had been waiting 15 minutes to get their order. That’s definitely not «fast» food.
They also charge you if you use debit. that’s insane.

First off, Carls Jr. should update their information on Google and other search engines! If ya’ll CLOSE DOWN-​update that shizz.
On an intern run (a very important one) my friend and I had to grab food for a dozen people. First, we ordered-​no big deal. However, once we got to the pay up line they didn’t accept the company card. Despite the badges we had.
I paid, no big deal. We ordered and asked them to REPEAT the order. After waiting 20 MINUTES… they did not give us the sauce and several items which we ordered.
NOT GOOD. There was a massive amount of people in line. to COMPLAIN. The manager must have had a really awful day.
I don’t recommend.
The food I heard was good.

The absolute best Carls Jr. Burger I’ve ever had in my life. I mean it the best
Me and my Bro stopped here after picking up a uhaul truck I grabbed a famous combo nothing fancy but I swear It looked like the F’ing picture! WOW. I am impressed. Most of the time you expect a certain amount of crap when you eat fast food but this place was amazing.

We got fries, chicken tenders, and cranberry, apple, walnut, and grilled chicken salad, and it was bomb! My bf saw them making the chicken tenders by hand so we know it’s legit. The chicken here is fresh, juicy, and tender. The fries were thin and nothing special. But overall the salad was an awesome thing to get! :)
The service here is friendly, the staff brings out your orders for you, whether it’s for-​here or to-​go, which is pretty cool. They also have a Factory 2 U in this plaza which is awesome!
