This Carl’s Jr. has messed up the majority of the orders I’ve made. They’ve also overlooked and undercooked some of my meals. Please don’t go here!

I ordered and chicken filet jalapeño burger which was advertised. They gave me the wrong order. Actually I think I got the right burger half made through. I get home and there are no jalapenos or cheese. Really? Not only that. I paid for a «deluxe chicken filet «and I got the driest chx ever. You can tell it had been in the hotbox or heatlamp ALL day. My bf got a western burger and he had the same problem. I could see how dry the patties were. It was gross. I had no idea a Carl’s Jr could charge so much and make such crappy food. I should have gone to burger king. So go to another Carl’s Jr. Yes I know this is fast food but I see by the ratings this is an on going issue. I should have checked here first!

It’s not that bad! I went today via drive thru. I didn’t have any issues placing my order or getting my order properly prepared so I’m not sure why everyone else is having such a horrible experience.
Maybe after a few visits, I will have a better idea of how this place is. There’s different people on different shifts so you’re getting a mix of service levels. They should have consistent services and food quality like what is expected of all places.

Place is disgusting and they never get your order right. Parking is atrocious and customer service is deplorable. I can’t believe this death trap is still open. I can deal with all the above, but when it affect my health… I went there one day ago and order a western burger, two hours later I regurgitate from both ends. I prayed to the porcelain gods that I will never frequent that Carl’s jr’s again. This place should be investigated, because when I talk to other people who ate there they said the same thing. One day they will kill somebody… ughhhh!!!
