Had a lunch meeting catered by CA Steak & Fries because it’s one of the only places you can get healthy food in the area. It was super easy to set up, I just told Joe our budget and how many people we were trying to feed and he said he would take care of it. He emailed and called to confirm as the day got closer, and even called the morning of to confirm the time I would pick it up so he could be sure the food was hot. When I arrived he had tins of mediterranean salad, hummus, pita, rice, and a combination of chicken and beef kabob and kufta. He helped me place all of the food in my car, and when I locked myself out 20 minutes before the meeting(phone in car!), he helped me call plaza security and a locksmith. With the whole car fiasco, I drove off and left 2 tins of food behind. He actually drove out to the meeting place and brought me the food! Everyone raved about the food, it was all really delicious. I already eat here pretty regularly but I would definitely use their catering services again in the future. Thanks guys!

The place is clean. I work close by and I see its empty much of the time so there is MORE than ample seating. Food is pricey. $ 9.95 for a chicken steak kufta. Decent presentation of food. Strawberry lemonade was expensive at $ 2:75. I later found a refill was $ 1:50. That’s crazy. I’ll come back again but next time I’m bringing my own drink. Food overall was okay. Rice was good.

The food is pretty good. Its about the same as McDonald’s next door compared to prices on their combos. One huge difference is this place actually has real food as McDonald’s doesn’t. The people are friendly and suggested items for your next visit. The food was fresh and hot. Very clean. Will definitely be going their again soon.

for the price not worth it I ordered two sandwiches and spent over $ 20 and the sandwiches were not even good. I haven’t returned since than. too expensive for not a good taste

I’m sorry to say this place is worthy of 2 stars. The employees were nice and attentive, but besides that. THEPLACEISCALLEDCALISTEAKANDFRIES … And the fired tasted so overlooked and like saturated in oil and soaked in it… Like yeh it’s deep fried but it tasted like it was just a piece of nothing. On a good note, the steak subs where better, for the price of a combo $ 9 total(supposed to be a special) it’s not all that great :-( I recommend different fries and different bread for the subs and I’m all in!

Unlike other patrons, I didn’t have a negative customer service experience. This is a good lunch spot and helps to mix up the sandwich options available(personally tired of Subway). The price of meals here are slightly more, around $ 7 but they give you slightly more in your sandwich than Subway. Plenty of inside seating with floor to wall windows to let in cheery sunlight and they even have a flat-screen T.V. to pass the 10 minutes or so before you get your order. I got the $ 5 burger combo as advertised in their window. The fries are thicker cut, not really into that style, but the burger was large and filled me up cheaply. I would suggesting getting this item for value, everything else on the menu wasn’t such a deal.

Pretty disappointing. Bread for the sandwich was stale. Fries were not crispy. They have Pepsi, not Coke. For a «steak sandwich» I really think you will be better off just going next door to Subway… literally three steps and you’re there.

I work near this location, but I will never visit it again. They have the worst service in the world. When I entered, the cashier was talking to someone on her cell phone, and she seemed annoyed that I was«bothering» her. When she finally took my order, she seemed more annoyed that I was taking too long(she had put her caller on hold, and I’m guessing she was anxious to return to her conversation). I felt like telling her to just quit her job so that someone else could work. The food was ok, but the service will keep me away forever.

This place is a-okay! It was pretty clean and the cashier was very helpful in that she suggested some of the house favorites and helped me to pick the best options for pricing. I stopped by around 6pm in the evening and the place was pretty empty so I was in and out in about 10minutes. The only complaint that I have about the food is that the bun broke in half before I go a chance to even take a bite. So I was forced to eat the sandwich with a fork… blah. Might visit again.

I was looking forward to trying the sandwiches here at this location BUTTT I had an inciddent with the Cashier. So it’s Saturday night around 9:10 p.m. Like I said I always wanted to try this really clean, friendly looking place and the neon OPEN sign is ON. I walk-in and right-away the Cashier tells me «oh sorry we’re closed… didn’t even give me chance to walk-in…So I step back to look at the business hours and it Clearly displayed Closed at 10:00 p.m. — So I told her but your business sign says you close at 10 — She quickly replies but the closed sign is on the door and usually when it’s slow we close early… Well anyways the very nice cook looks at me and my daughter and tells the girl at the Cash Register in spanish to go ahead and take my order, Also the ONE and ONLY customer that was in there also tells the cashier just take the order So with this said — The Cashier(whom obviously wanted to skip out of work early) then tells me «oh I counted out the cash register… you can come back tomorrow morning» =/I then realized she was lying because at some point she told me she had JUST taken her last order… I then asked for a business card, they didn’t have any so I got a lime green menu with the store info on it but no phone #(because I was uspet and I wanted to notify the owner regarding this girls’ rudeness)…I then asked her for the phone # and she replied«oh we don’t take phone orders and I don’t know it but you can Google it» … I replied«oh it’s not to order»…She THEN realized I wanted the # to complain about her behavior so her tone quickly changed and then replied«OH well if you pay with Debit or Credit we can take your order»…SHAME on her!!! It was too late, the damage was done so I wrote down her description, time and date so I can notify the owner of this girls rude manners towards customers… What ever happened to «CUSTOMERSCOMEFIRST» So we ended going next door to SUBWAY and OMG it was sooo good — my chix buffalo sandwich stayed really warm. and as a matter of fact another customer that was refused service at the CA. Steak and Fries walk in as well. If I were her boss, I would be very upset because that was 2 customers they lost thanks to her bad manners. «Although your customers won’t love you if you give bad service, your competitors will.» — and this is exactly what happened with me and the other lady that was refused service. Bad service is the best way to scare off customers. But your competitors will welcome thosee customers(and the business that they bring) with open arms. It’s much cheaper to keep customers by providing good service, than to entice new prospects to become customers.

I fell in love with the cowabunga chicken, esp halal,(it’s better quality), it was really juicy and tasted yum. This is a new location in SELA and I’ve been there twice already– I got a free item with my purchase I think it was a grand opening special. The second time I didn’t buy the meal because the fries are mediocre(they taste like pre-frozen french fries). The employees are personable, very friendly, you can also tell they cook with fresh ingredients from the large freezer in the back, and you can also see how they cook in front of you. Overall I would defenitely come again, just a forwarning: the sandwich was $ 6 for a regular size.
