Burger King

Used the drive through. Ordered the original chicken sandwich and a Whopper. The bun was essentially burnt on the insides for both. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with this particular BK.

If i can choose no star… i will…
Not a BKK fan… but since this branch relocated one block down the street… brand new., thought… y not…

*10 minute wait for one drive thru order plus me. the only customer in line…
*crispy chicken was oily… so flat… looks worse than mcD’s nugget… doesnt even look like anything of a chicken… almost like a fried doughy potato patty
*big fish burger… oily…refried to burnt point.salty.lettuce was so refridgerated its wilting
*fries.,.cold…undercook…bland…
*onion rings… oily…so refried its dry n crispie to the point u cant even find the onion any more. n it can chip ur teeth
…its just one minute drive from my house but everything was cold.
…, only one cashier… one guy working at the drive thru… n one line cook…
…whole meal in the trash can…,

Got in line at the drive thru with only one other car ahead of me. No other cars in line. Took 20 minutes. And it’s BK, who are they kidding? I know they’re not making this stuff fresh.

This just got here/​newly remodeled and I already want it gone. I haven’t even got to my food yet and poor reviews are necessary. Asked for a shake, was told they don’t have any. asked for a salad, was told they didn’t have any. Ugh! Finally found something to order and had to wait 20 min in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. Got to the window and didn’t even get a hello… very unfriendly customer service. Very disappointed here after hoping the remodel would be an improvement. I understand it’s just «fast food level» but you can at least have friendly workers. Won’t be returning as service sucks and location is ghetto. Yuck!

Perfect place for a snack while you wait for whoever you are picking up at the airport.
Based on location it isn’t going to be the world’s best Burger King.
As far as the prices… I don’t order more than a Cinnabon or maybe a kids meal or a soda. So I can’t really compare. I will say, however, that Burger King in general is higher priced than McDonald’s.

Not my first choice. The prices are too high for the service.

My visit today went from average to down right disgusting.
I bought a meal today, everything was fine, great service, I sat down to eat and a homeless gentleman politely asked me for food. I didn’t feel pressured and I make a habit of treating one person a month who has nothing even when things are tight for me. Hell, I wouldn’t be eating at Burger King if money wasn’t tight.
Anyway, I got up after having such a nice transaction with the manager and purchased two full meals for the gentleman and his friend. I handed his friend the ticket and sat down.
After sitting down I hear the manager verbally rough up the friend and gentleman, demanding them to leave.
Now let me make an important point at this juncture. I UNDERSTAND that management may not want «vagrants» or what not hanging around in their restaurant begging from customers. But let me make something very clear. I was not pressured, they were very polite, they clearly had a purchased meal and —- I —– made the personal choice to help them so:
GOD FUCKING DAMMIT YOU WILL SERVE THEM THEIR FOOD WITHOUT CALLING THE POLICE ON THEM AND DEMANDING THEY LEAVE.
Yes, this manager threatened loudly for all to hear that they needed to leave but their food wasn’t finished. This woman and man HAD a working, purchased food ticket and were simply standing there BEING QUIET and waiting for their food before he started threatening them.
I had to get up and let my food get cold (no loss really, the bun was stale), to stand beside her to make sure she got her meal and maybe stop the harassment. Nope, he kept going making a mess of what was once a calm quiet morning.
I’m totally disgusted and I’ll never visit this establishment again… hell, Burger King is pretty much off the list forever after this experience.
This goes beyond stale boring fast food and delves into a muddied cesspool where human decency drowns.

At BK, you can have it your way. But apparently eating in a clean restaurant is not one of them.
This place is hammered. It is in serious need of a re-​model. Or a complete tear down and build it back up.
To echo on the homeless people comments. There was a guy set up with a laptop watching movies in the back. They were constantly refilling sodas and complaining about their debits (EBT cards I assume).
I’ve been in 3^rd world countries where the fast food places weren’t as bad as this. The floors are sticky and the soda machines are in a sad state of disrepair. You’re almost afraid to touch anything.
But I was a hungry, so I ate it.

The hell is up with the prices here? More then your normal Burger King, but to top that off the environment sucks, like mentioned they just let the homeless guys camp out there or something, once there was a guy just digging in the trash taking out people’s reciepts and things they threw away before he basketed them and left. Um…
Had my order screwed up probably twice out of 5 times, so yeah, it’s really just below average, and with high prices to boot.

4 stars for the burgers. got me two $ 1 Buck Burgers and two junior Whoppers. as i finish typing this i have contributed half of that lunch to my colon. my eyes were bigger than my appetite. oh, and i got value fries. food was good as BK food goes. usually tastes better drunk.
2 stars for service though. i thought there were homeless people in the line just loitering around. wtf? but, i was wrong. apparently, they were customers waiting for their food. they took forever getting their stuff out. maybe i should’ve only asked for 2 grill marks.
eh, it’s more phast food than fast food, but, what are you gonna do?

The food is typical Burger King but it’s way over priced. $ 9 for a small Whopper meal is a rip off.

What do you rate in a drive through???
1) The clarity of the speaker — Very good!
2) Communication skills of the order taker — Pretty good
3) The food — Hey it’s BK, so average
4) The wait — A little longer than I would have liked.
