What a joke this place was! I wasted over 3 hours and didn’t get anything done! I drove over an hour away because of the many positive reviews I read(only two bad ones), hoping to make my first time getting eyelash extensions a good experience. The lady that helped me book my reservation was very nice and helpful with all my questions. BUT, she forgot to «officially» book my appointment. I show up at 10am and the lash artist that was supposed to take care of me was not there because she didn’t know she had to be(grrr!). She then tells the gal that was there that she could be there by 11am. I decided to wait(not happily) because I had already made the long drive. Then its 11:00, 11:10, 11:20…and she is still not there! Not even a courtesy call from Anita to say hey, I am running late. So I leave, and drive an hour back home with NOTHING done. Let me add that it is obvious this company is trying hard to expand. They rent a small room in the back of a nail salon and their business name is not even on the building. AND, while I was there, there were 3 ladies there to be «trained» to be «lash artists». No way I would ever get trained in the back room of a nail salon! I expected much more from the looks of their web site(they didn’t skimp there), but clearly it was deceiving. I can’t say that Anita is a bad lash artist since I didn’t get anything done, and I am not judging the work of others because I really don’t know. I would strongly suggest you KNOW who you are going to and WHERE you are going. According to one of the bad reviews the Whittier location is not any better. Had I seen the location first, I would have NEVER stepped a foot in there. *BTW, since they have several locations, this is the only address I could pull up. I was actually at one of their other LA locations. Either way, the same receptionist handles the appointments for all the locations, and the«lash artists» travel to different locations as needed. That should have been a sign… ugh!
