I just moved from Arizona to Los Angeles last month and thought that finding an apartment close to UCLA on my own would be easy. Boy was I wrong! Fortunately for me I met Bata Simonovic when I requested information from one of the major realtor websites about a unit that I was interested in. Bata with Brentwood Realty Group replied to my inquiry expeditiously, letting me know that the unit I was interested in was leased very rapidly, but he would be happy to assist me with my search. Bata was punctual, motivated, and professional throughout my entire experience. He lined up multiple viewings in one day as my time in town was limited, and guided me and my friend around Westwood with ease. After viewing several units, he negotiated with the listing realtors on my behalf, all the while staying in close touch via email, text, and telephone.
I am now typing this review while enjoying the glorious view of UCLA from my apartment. Before you go it alone on your search for an apartment, condo, or home, give Bata a call, I’m glad I did!
