As an experienced interior designer I have never experienced such horrible, unprofessional service ever. These people promised delivery of our drapes in 10 working days. It took them 3 weeks and after telling us the track was fine and giving us an estimate they brought the curtains, hung them and they did not work. Why? Something wrong with the curtain rod… and that is going to cost $ 500. No excuse me $ 700. Now we have to pay them an extra $ 700 to have working curtains. Watch out– That is the oldest bate and switch in the book and they played it exactly like the worst of the worst would play it.

I went here a few months ago. Ed the salesman was very nice. He told me some jokes, and told me everything I needed to know about every single drapery I asked about. I’m a notoriously picky shopper, and Ed was nothing but patient with me. The reviews made me nervous to go but I’m glad I went. Prices seemed fair, I did my research before I went of course. All in all I found the chore of replacing drapes fairly pleasant.

Customer Service is nice. Prices are reasonable. Delivery on time. They came again and fixed when one of my blind has an issue. I will visit this place again. Sales person is polite.

My recent experience is every bit as frustrating as the other reviewers. Ed was verbally abusive and my curtains still are hanging on the floor after being custom made.
