I’ve been coming to Blooms for 3 years but with my stylist with Claudia for 6 years… I followed her here and couldn’t be happier! They are all very welcoming and my hair always looks fabulous! I can bring my kids with me and not get the stuck up not welcoming faces most places give you… I feel like family here… I recommend all my friends and family here

I usually get my hair cut in Santa Monica but because I’m currently staying in East LA I was looking for a good place to have my hair trimmed and colored. I looked at several places on Unilocal hoping to find a good hair salon which was not too expensive and nearby. Found this one and read the reviews so I made an appointment. It was for sure the right decision:) Maria was there and did a great job! Just as it said on the reviews! I had her cut my bangs, trim my hair and color it back to black (I had an ombré) and when she was done I was totally satisfied! Also I really liked how the salon looked like! Nicely designed and very clean:)

It’s too much of a coincidence… why all of a sudden positive reviews that disagree with me or appoint how good they are? It’s not about agreeing with me or not. It’s about what was done to my hair and my bad experience. My hair will now take forever to grow out evenly and takes twice as long to tame my hair down. I appreciate Maria asking me to come back and for her to take care of my hair from now on but the worse has been done. Not by Maria but by that stylist (with the orangy hair color). I don’t wish to come back anymore. This is my opinion, my fact and my hair that is now totally messed up and I am still devastated :(

I found this place thru Unilocal.I wanted a new look somethg totally diffrent since my hair was very damage. Maura hook it up big time she was very nice and welcoming she did a whole new look at my hair and in very pleased .I totally recommend you girls with her. You could tell she loves her job since she did a amazing job

Let me tell you about my girl Maria ! She is above all the best ! She can hook a girl up lol I’ve been going to her for eye Brow threading, hair color and cuts for many years. She also hooks me up for my holiday Christmas events. I would recommend her to any one who needs any service she provides! She is just wonderful and amazing

Ive been to this salon for over 5 years and have never been disappointed. Mari and Xiomara are very friendly and are excellent at what they do. I get my eyesbrows threaded here and also my hair cuts.

When I go to the salon the only person I trust with my hair is Claudia. She does a very good job at bobs, highlights, color, updo’s, and make up. She’s always willing to work her magic. I really recommend her. Over all she does an amazing job.

I’m a bit late for my review but Maria is awesome she gave a good deal with a treatment a cut and blow out! She did exactly what I asked for and kept my length still long… My hair is easy to style and she left it so soft SHES AWESOME

Every time I walk into Blooms I walk out happy with my hair. Maria is the best and she is good at what she does. Maria has been my hairstylist for over 10 years and I wouldn’t trade her for any thing… lol The minute you walk into the salon they make you feel part of their family. Blooms is the best hair salon in E.L.A. I totally recommend this salon. YOU NEED TO TRY IT FOR YOUR SELF!!! YOU WON’T REGRET IT.

My first and last time coming to this place. Got the worst haircut ever. I don’t know the name of the lady that did it, she had a mole in her face (not trying to be mean). Another thing I didn’t like is how they’re laughing and talking shit about the clients as soon as they leave. Especially that want to be barbie that’s in the back. YES I UNDERSTAND SPANISH! I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING YOU WERE SAYING ABOUT THE CLIENTS. I wonder what these «ladies» said about me when I left.

I have been going to Maria for 2 years now. I went in today for a redo on my highlights and i didnt even have to tell Maria what i wanted, Maria knew exactly what i wanted! I am always a satisfied customer. I will keep going there for many more years. I would recommend anyone to her.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this hair salon but decided to give it a try since it was the only one with reasonable prices for highlights. My hairstylist was Claudia and the moment she saw my hair she knew it was in desperate need of a savior! Alas she told me what she thought of it and what she could do with it and I agreed and allowed her to work her magic. She was able to fix my lopsided bob cut and gave it partial highlights. She also blow dried it and straightened it to my liking. She made sure I left one satisfied customer and gave my hair life again. After many years of searching for a good hairstylist I think I finally found the one! I will definitely be returning for my regular haircuts and touch ups. Thank you Claudia, you’re the best!
