Bill Nelson Painting has been the painting company on several different home remodels I have done. I am in the business of flipping properties so I have a revolving address book of construction subs.
I have hired them on a high end construction job at a penthouse in Los Feliz, a modern beach cottage in Venice, two commercial properties in Venice and a post and beam home in Laurel Canyon. They also do painting maintenance for my commercial properties.
I continue to use this company year after year for several reasons:

Its a small outfit so Im not paying for excess expenses yet its big enough to handle large properties
The crew is always on time and is not running its own job (Bill always shows up for at least a walk through to make sure things are efficient)
