I had a pleasant experience with the lady at Benefit. I would agree with the first review that actually getting help was a stretch. I walked in and had to search the whole store for an employee. Then that employee called the brow girl. I made an appointment for 20 min from then and came back for a satisfactory experience. My advice would be to ask the client about their experience level before beginning rudimentary education. It can come off a little insulting like I never had my eyebrows done before. She did take direction well and insured I was happy with her work which was good. I left pleased.

My appointment was for 5:40PM. It’s now 5:46PM. So I left. The manager was really nice about it. I let him know why I was leaving and that I just could not tolerate the fact that this person did not want to be on time. It was my first visit. I made this appointment earlier in the day and it was easy. Also I wanted to come earlier but they told me that she had another appointment when I called around 4:45PM. When I arrived about 538⁄539PM, I looked around but did not see the person. I checked in with the nice woman at the front cashier day and the Benefit manager said he’ll let(Jahra?) know that I was there for my appointment. I waited longer than one should for a beauty appointment. At the Brow Bar in Bloomies Beverly Center, I rarely had to wait more than two minutes. And at Bloomingdale’s they always knew where their associates were. I may be back another day but not in August or September. Two stars for the nice people.
