Baskin Robbins

So I went in to buy the quart sized ice creams 2 for $ 10. After I paid the cashier just gave me a bag and stared at me until I put in the ice cream myself into the bag and walked away. Super discriminating location towards everyone else except for Hispanics and extremely lazy workers.

Parking is a lil tight, but customer service was on point. You get your money’s worth with those scoops !!

This location is temporary closed due to a cockroach infestation. Yuck. There is a sign on the door saying the location was closed due to cockroaches and I ate there before. How much can an exterminator cost ??

I has terrible experience on July 29 Wednesday 4pm.
I went to the restaurant room before I order icecream. when I went to restroom, old Mexican guy was yelling at me. you have to request. it’s not the public. treat me like homeless. he should have manner to talk to me. I am pregnancy and going there everyweek. but never had this kind of horrible experience to using toilet. they need to learn how to take care of customers and treat the customers. I never want to go that icecream store and old Mexican guys. and at the time, other 2 mexican ladies was just watching that situation. same shut.

parking lot is a little tiny but if you come with someone else they can emergency park their car as you quickly grab ice cream. the staff is very friendly and very generous with their sample scoops. their new coffee&doughnut flavor is pretty sweet but coffee lovers will prefer just the jamoca. they also pack you generous amounts of napkins and spoons when you pack your ice cream tubs togo.

Came here ot buy an ice cream cake last minute. They had the cake I was looking for but when we cut into eat it, the ice cream was icy, not smooth. Almost as if the ice cream had melted and refroze. I was disappointed in the quality of ice cream we got.

I love coming here bc the people that work there are awesome always friendly always telling you about the next deal baskin robbins has or the new flavors. It’s just makes going to the ice cream place that much better. Good customer service goes a long way!!!

Bf & I were going to get two scoops each but once we saw how big the scoops were we decided on 1 double scoop.
1 scoop of eggnog and 1 scoop of blueberry cheesecake was 5.25. Portion was more than enough for the both of us!

SEASONAL PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE flavor just in!!! Saw the launch poster on my drive home and had to try it!
What I got:
1 scoop Pumpkin Cheesecake. No surprise, Baskin Robbins nailed it! It’s practically a pumpkin cheesecake w/​whipped cream in the form of ice cream. LOVE IT.
1 scoop Blueberry Cheesecake. Thick chunks of cheesecake and the swirls of pureed blueberry is heavenly and refreshing.
It’s relieving to know that Baskin Robbins will always be great. Can’t ever go wrong with them.

People working there are rude. Walked in with my son to get some uce cream and two workers just looked at us and didnt even say hello. After we pay for our ice cream as I was getting my change I said thank you, followe by have a great day and still no response at all. Whatever happened to proper manners? Worst store ever to take your family if you want to install in your childs life the importance of proper manner.

For the past few days I’ve been craving root beer floats! Not that cheap fast food joint that put in the pull down handle ice cream, but real hand scooped.
I decided to see if a B & R was near my work and Voila! Unilocal has not steered me wrong.
I hop in may to start what was to be the junk food lunch of the week. Get over here, and when I ask do you have root beer floats, was met with a yes. then a gasp! Oh no we ran out of root beer. BUT the lovely lady said if I get a root beer from the liquor store, which was a mere 2 stores down she would make it an only charge me for the ice cream! How customer service was that! I thought that was great.
Off I go. so for 3.00 but the 85 cents I spent on the can of soda. I had a large cup of root beer float, with left over soda, and enough ice cream to make a second one when I got back to the office, but you know that was pretty much gone by the time I got back.
My definite spot for my ice cream fix during work hours.
Staff is super friendly and helpful and aren’t afraid to think outside the box!

This place gets 5 stars for always having my favorite flavor, Daiquiri Ice, in stock for $ 7.99 for a hand-​packed quart. I’m always tempted to try one of their other glorious (I’m sure) flavors, but I’m a creature of habit so I stick to my trusty blue bliss in a pink cup. YUM!

good ice cream, always offering samples and the workers are pretty friendly and patient while i look at the gazillion choices they have… right up the street from me… i never have to wait… its always pretty empty… see yaw soon :)

While debating on which flavors to get, the staff approached me and kindly asked if I had any questions and if I wanted to taste any of the flavors of the ice cream.
Yay.

I was disappointed to see someone who appeared to be the store manager and his friends and employees smoking marijuana basically right outside the store and then proceed to walk right back inside for work.
Normally I wouldn’t make this much of an issue but service was just so slow and sloppy.

As always, I love Ice Cream!!! :D Banana Split here I come!

Clean. Great staff. And, yep, all 31 flavors! Parking’s a little tight depending on when you go but it;s usually in and out, so just wait a minute or two and you’re good to go.

Scoops are HUGE. Me gusta. I love their Jamoca icecream.
I was disappointed with their Dulce de leche. It tasted like caramel, NOT dulce de leche. I lived in Argentina, d and they live and breathe dulce de leche. Gosh I miss that.

Really nice friendly staff and it’s been awhile so many new flavors that had my mouth watering. the scoops seem to be allot smaller then I recall and I especially appreciate how they put what ingredients is in each flavor so I know exactly what I’m consuming.
I noticed the ice cream cakes and they had some really cute valentine’s tiny ones so I’ll be returning for some dessert.
Over all a pleasant experience.

Like Meg B says I love Baskin Robbins! Who can’t love BR. This place has been here for more than 20 some years. With a few changes in owners. The people are cool here. Prices are a little high but you can’t compare this to coldstone or a gelato place. This is to me the OG of all ice cream. I’m glad they didn’t go out of business. I came here as kid and I take my kid here and hope she takes her kids here.
The only thing that suck about this place is the parking. You got street parking or a tiny parking lot to share with other stores. But every time I go here I guess I’m lucky.
