Audio High

I have visited Audio High several times. My main interest is headphones, and, while that isn’t their main specialty, they do have some excellent headphones and related gear. Whenever I go, Brad is very friendly and helpful, and I never feel any pressure to buy stuff. He just lets me listen at my leisure. So far I’ve bought one item, the Chord Hugo DAC/​amp. It’s amazing piece of equipment, outperforming DACs that cost several times as much, and I bought it at a very good price. After buying it, however, I wanted to upgrade to a newer model. Even though this exchange ended up costing the store money, Brad did it happily and didn’t charge me a penny. I was thrilled.
Overall, I give Audio High top marks for high quality products, reasonable prices, and outstanding customer service.

Brad came into our home, looked around, listened to us and then quickly assessed what we needed to have done, and even suggested a bunch of ideas we hadn’t thought of that actually saved us money. He and his team did fast work, were very good about tidying up and came in under budget. But most importantly, our system is sick and so easy to use that even the grandparents can work the DVD player. Couldn’t ask for better.

I worked with Brad on Meridian gear, he is an expert, and goes the extra mile for his customers. Trust them for the best equipment, tons of knowledge, and attentive service. They are personal, great showroom. I can recommend them strongly.
