Art House Lofts

It has been great living in Downtown for the first time. Accessible to the freeway! The place is brand new! The management was very fast and responsible when I asked for a few things to get repaired. In house management. We have a gym and laundry. The facilities gets cleaned often!
The reason I put 4 stars is because I dislike bugs, I have only seen TWO water bugs. They disgust me however. It’s not infested by any means with bugs, but I just don’t like them. Also, parking doesn’t have arrangement, no big deal because we have a big lot!!! Car gets dusty because we are near the freeway. But for the most part, I’m very happy! My space is spacious, brand new, and trendy with an awesome view!!!

With the Arts District becoming overcrowded, Art House has the best balance between privacy and convenience. We were checking other lofts in the area, but the layout for the Art House is really fantastic — and its only a five minute walk from Stumptown (my favorite coffee place). Management seemed nice and accomodating as well.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience working with Jeremy at Art House Lofts. We were shown units promptly, signing the lease was quick and easy, and we’ve had great communication with building management so far. Also, parking is very affordable, which is a big deal living in LA.
The units themselves are beautiful with brand new stainless steel appliances and a walk-​in shower in the bathroom. For the price, you are definitely getting what you pay for. We shopped around many buildings in the downtown area and no building even compared to the units at art house. The elevator is also very large, making move in more manageable.
The only downside is there is nowhere for our dog to do his business (other than the sidewalk), but we’ve been told a dog run is in the works. Bestia and stumptown are both about a 5 minute walk from the building which makes the location even better. We’re excited about being part of this community.

It took us 30 minutes to get there and then we wasted another 30 minutes waiting for your ass.
Good luck with your future clients around a smelly neighborhood, right next to a busy highway overpass, with no greenery for the dogs and alas, no nearby grocery store without walking a bajillion miles.
I’d rather live in Houston, Texas.
