Ann Taylor LOFT

Super big fan of Ann Taylor. I have been rocking this brand for years and lucky for me my mom still spoils me with plenty of nice stuff from Ann Taylor. Happy to know they ship abroad now.

At times when I need timeless pieces to add to my wardrobe, I head to Loft for classic tops and basic bottoms. I was quite delighted when I learned that Loft has popped up on Robertson in BH since I was headed over to that neighborhood for other errands. While it may be a little smaller that the usual Loft store, I’m glad I came to check this new branch out.
I came in on a Friday afternoon at around 4:00 pm and the store was empty. I love shopping when I have the store to myself! Juliana, the manager, greeted me with a smile and just made sure I had a pleasant shopping experience. She was trying on the new arrivals herself, which started a good conversation about what pieces go well together and what’s cute and trendy for the spring season. She wasn’t overbearing, but was still very helpful and accommodating of the specific things I was looking for. She eventually had to leave but her associate, Ashley, was equally helpful. I totally felt at home and didn’t feel weird or pressured to purchase anything I wasn’t comfortable buying. Perhaps they do want to promote the new-​ish location, but their approach worked for me! In the end, I decided on three great pieces and was even given a free cute tote as an added bonus to my purchase. I’ll certainly be back!
P. S. Parking on Robertson can be a pain. On the adjacent residential streets, there’s enough two-​hour free street parking until 6:00 pm.
