I went to Dr. Novins because I had been having horrible lower back and neck pain. My lower back was killing me all the time and pain started going down my legs. I was kind of scared that I would have to have surgery. My neck was giving me migraines more and more as time went on — especially when I woke up in the morning. I had been to other chiropractictors in the past but my friend convinced me that this guy was the best. On the first visit He found the problem in both areas and I got immediate relief — I felt taller and walked with a better gate. He has always been patient and caring towards me and always made for a pleasant visit. One other thing that impressed me was when I bumped into another one of his clients in the waiting room, she told me that she has been seeing him for years and that her best friend avoided surgery for her arm because of Dr. Novins treatments — I was impressed. I have never had a bad experience with him. I see him regularly to keep my body in good shape so I don’t end up the way I was before. He is a very kind and generous with his time — I never feel rushed through the mill. He really has helped me, has healing hands and I highly recommend him. Thanks, Dale PS. This other guys post just doesn’t sound like Dr. Novins to me. Try him and you will see he has healing hands and lots of experience.

My first impression, based on my first few visits with Dr. Novins, was a good one. He came very highly recommended. A nice office with attentive staff made the long waits in the waiting room more tolerable. The doctor is very long winded and even a routine check-up can last 15 – 20 mins longer than it takes given the endless chatter. Give yourself a couple hours leeway if you other things going on the day of your appointment. It’s this long winded-ness that cause the long waits in the waiting room. The doc ALWAYS runs over time so you can be sure that the person before you is sitting in his office listening to his chatter. But none of this is why I no longer visit the good doctor. All-in-all he’s a really nice guy, good at what he does, and a great conversationalist. I stopped going because I felt he was pumping me for money. I originally went in to get a custom pillow made so that I could sleep with less back and neck pain. He gave me the run around that resulting in my needing come back several times before he would even consider measuring me for the pillow. After several weeks and several adjustments and even x-rays(which I never saw after he insisted I get and charged me $ 180), he finally measured me. He told me to come back in a week to pick it up. I came back, paid for another checkup I could have done without, just to learn he had forgotten to place the order with the pillow company. He insisted I come back again. When I came back in again he claimed he had lost the measurements. I felt he was using sales tactics to get me to keep coming in an paying for sessions. I gave up. I still don’t have a pillow but I would rather go without than give him another dime of my money or another minute of my time.
