Very glad I decided to trust John with my Mac memory upgrade. Not only did he do it fast and well, but he then spent a bit of time with me going over the other settings that helped it run faster.

John definitely knows his way around PC’s. He was able to recover my tragically locked up laptop. Took it to him around 6pm and by 10am the next morning he presented me with a fresh laptop which has been running beautifully for the past two months. His price for staying late and coming in early to get my hardware fully functional was extremely fair.
As if my first experience wasn’t good enough, brought my new laptop in to John because the wireless function wasn’t working. John dropped what he was doing to see what I needed and within five minutes fixed the problem. The charge? No charge!
If you have a computer problem, I strongly recommend Allstates Computers.

John is a real find. I have been to many computer «repair» outfits over the years but had never been lucky enough to find a really competent person who can diagnose, fix and repair the problems almost effortlessly. He has fixed 4 of my computers and always been exceedingly reasonable in his charges. I have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending him.
