This was my childhood dentist office when it was run by Dr. Sustaita. Everyone treated me with care and respect. Every since the new owner took over things changed drastically. I continued going trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but things just got worse. I literally waited 45 min to be seen at my last appointment. I was one of the first appointments. The Doctor just did not show up on time. Thats how important his clients are to him. The staff had not been trained to be courteous. I finally changed dentist and when my new office called for my information the office staff was rude to them and gave them zero information! It’s such a shame how my beloved dental office made a turn to the absolute worse. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
