I lost my car keys at the beach in Santa Monica and left my car parked overnight. The next morning I began to call tow companies, car dealerships, auto locksmiths to figure out my options until I got in contact with René over the phone. He was able to show up to my car within the hour and quickly was able to unlock my car and start making and programming a new key. All in all it took 30 – 45 minutes of work, René’s professionalism made the whole experience pretty pleasant despite my unfortunate situation. Compared to what the local Toyota dealership quoted me for a remote key plus the cost of dealing with a towing company to get there, the price I was quoted was more than reasonable and allowed for a lot more peace of mind.

Came home a couple of nights ago to find the lock to my front door broken and unable to get in. To add to that, my baby was hungry, tired and fussy and there was no way for us to get in. I called Rene and he came within a decent amount of time, got us in and helped alleviate a stressful situation. Will definitely call him if his services are needed again.

In addition, I ordered keys for two brake clubs that required a special process. Rene is great to work with because he is able to deliver in a timely, cost effective manner. I got locked out of my apartment after 11pm on a Friday night. He responded to my text quickly and came out for a reasonable price for a Friday night. He made my provide proof that it was my apartment which is great, because I’m glad he is only helping people get into their own stuff.

What great guys!
I was referred to them by someone else who used their services before. I needed them when I locked myself out of my house and car when I closed the trunk with all of my keys in it. They gave me a very good quote, were extremely friendly, and got the job done quickly AND efficiently. Also, they gave me tips on how to open my car if it happened again and they weren’t there. But If I ever lock myself out of anything again they’ll be the first to call!

This place quoted me the same prices as multiple shops around the area. Thy arrived fast and gave me great service. They treated my car with lots of love and put me at ease. Hopefully I will not need another emergency key replacement, but if I do they are my new go to guys. So grateful for their services and the three keys they provided me.
