Terrible service. Worst customer service. Walked in was barely greeted. Had 5 keys made, one of which was a specialty key that cost double a normal key. Drive home. Try the keys. Only 3 of the 5 worked. Had to drive back and they refused to give me a refund on the two non working keys and make two more free.
So I asked for a full refund. Associate did not know how to make a refund back to a debit card. Told me I’d have to wait til his boss came in. I asked repeatedly to please make me two more keys for free to compensate for the inconvenience. Finally they agreed. But when they handed me the keys they again refused to refund me for the two non working keys. I then proceeded to tell the associate I didn’t appreciate his tone or the way he treated me from the second I walked in. He then began to argue with me further as I walked out. Don’t go here. Save yourself the grief. The place also looks like a disaster just happened in there

Really like these guys. They get the job done and quick.

Gets the job done… fast local service. Convenient parking and knowledgeable of all the locks in the area.

They may be a good locksmith, I don’t know. But don’t go here to get your keys made. They charged me literally three to four times the price of getting a key cut at Home Depot or another Key place. 4X the price!
Also, they’ve had a grand opening sign above their door for a couple of years. Not so honest advertising.
