The store is nice and clean. What I see is, there are two young guys who work so fast and take the two registers one at the time. I think they don’t want their customers to be waiting in a long line. Keep it up, good job!!!

The 7 eleven is cool but its location totally sucks like TOTALLYSUCKS be prepared to spend time to get in and out of that place and you are lucky if u beat the morning and noon rush. They actually have a guy that tries really hard to figure out the chaos but people just end up getting mad at him or saying things like«I know how to drive» poor guy just trying to help.

I really enjoy the coffee here it’s self serve I often wonder about the sanitary conditions Pingue me when you can just come up and make themselves a cup of coffee the coffee pots to not have a lid on top. So I going this morning to get a cup of coffee and incomes a not so clean homeless person seats to make themselves a cup of coffee with a coffee cup from another store helps themselves and then walks out and they say nothing. I feel as though they should be more tentative to the upkeep of that area.

This 7 – 11 has been one of my go-to’s in this area. It is relatively clean and tidy inside with the normal selection of 7-Eleven wares. Their hot case usually has a good supply of foods, from wings to hot dogs and the rest. One thing to keep in mind with this place is its location. The homeless crowd here can sometimes overrun the place and it can be intimidating going inside, with them begging for monies. It is also located in a brutually bad small corner shopping center. Try to find street parking because the lot is an unmitigated disaster. Shopping center has some other places to eat and some services.

Dirty parking lot. I stepped on a half eaten drumstick by accident on my way back to the car. Parking lot is filthy.

Friendly staff, great people-watching(read homeless wackos), and the poorly designed parking lot(not the fault of 7 – 11 despite other moronic reviews to that effect) keeps the pretentious idiots out.

This is the good 24 hour shopping for all. I used to buy drinks and beverages here. Good to open all the day. Easy to access very near by in all areas

OK I get it that it’s just a 7-Eleven, but this is a nice part of town on the Westside. The parking lot is total chaos here, spaces are too close together and oddly positioned so as not to permit easy entry and exit. This coupled with lame brains double parking everywhere to run-in and buy counterfeit cigarettes from this shady place make the parking situation untenable. Look, I just wanted to buy some lotto tickets but instead I had to wade through the throngs of sketchy people, most of which were either crazy and smelly, or new to the United States and unfamiliar with customs such as waiting your turn in line. No you just do not mob the counter and yell for the attendant’s attention, Really? Look I get that I am not a regular customer and only walk in to a 7-Eleven to buy Lotto Tickets, but c’mon owners do something about this mess. 1) Clean up your store; 2) Get somebody out there to control the madness in the parking lot(you will make more money as more customers will actually be able to get into your store); 3) Have this attendant double as a security guard and send the crazy, smelly, and sketchy types to ‘Stoop’, or ‘Hang’, or what ever they are doing while we are all working paying for their healthcare, meds, and welfare, somewhere else; and 4) wash the windows of this place, it looks like it is a dog kennel in there with those glass windows the dogs lick and slobber on. Just make an effort and you will make more money. Look I am being generous at 2-stars, as I recognize this is a 7-Eleven. Had it been any other business 1-star for sure.

Sketchy! Ok, so I frequent way too many 7-Elevens, but a lot of them are really nice. This one while the store is OK, the parking lot is super sketchy. It is small and on a busy corner so cars zip in and out for this store and the surrounding businesses making entry and egress a challenge — pay attention. They have pay phones… not sure when the last time I saw pay phones(or used a pay phone!). So I popped in for some gum for the weekend at around 3:30. The place is JAMMED with high school kids filling up on crap after school. The conversations were beyond tolerable so I just tried not to listen, but one conversation caught my attention. The guy in front of me was complaining, and rightfully so, that there were a couple guys right outside selling crack. The cashier was pissed about it but wasn’t much he could do at the moment. So here are all these young kids walking in and out and a crack dealer right there. There were quite a few people who I wouldn’t have wanted to meet up with at night standing about as well — maybe they were the crack dealers — not sure as they didn’t offer me any crack — guess I don’t look like the type(another good thing!). They had what I wanted — Trident Wild Blueberry Twist Gum — which if you haven’t had it is FANTASTIC and the other two 7-Elevens I tried didn’t have it. Yes, I was on a gum quest. I don’t usually chew gum but when I do I like this new Trident Flavor. The gum was ONSALE double bonus!!!

***This is a decent 7-Eleven near Little Osaka in West LA; they have a good selection of stuff including travel toiletries, sunglasses(not that expensive but also kind of cheaply built), snacks, candies, magazines, drinks, ice cream, fun-in-the-summer stuff(water balloons), and many different Bimbo baked goods(they looked interesting, but I didn’t have any); service was friendly*** This 7-Eleven is in a small retail plaza that has its own free parking lot.

This is the only location in the area I know of that still sells the Bacon, Egg, Potato & Cheese Taquito. Not only that, but they have 99 cent Taquito Tuesdays. The food IS good. I’ve never gotten sick from their stuff, despite all the past, joking hoopla from those who don’t know, and it’s inexpensive for a broke mofo like me.

Well this particular Kwik-E-Mart has some issues for me. Parking: just god awful. Can never find a spot. Prices: better than other 7-eleven on Westwood for some stuff. Homeless Vets: I seem to get asked here all the time for change but not at the other one. Why I come here:? Well the 12oz cokes used to be $.75 and way cheaper than at New Japan but now they are $ 1.06 so there is much less incentive to come in here. I also occasionally grab a pint of B&J’s when I get dinner from New Japan.

i think this is the 7-Eleven I go to the most often. it’s probably because i used to work a block away. I would come here in the mornings for a monster. during lunch for a snack. chips. candies. then those after work runs. cigarettes. red bull. hot dogs. gum. $ 10 cash back. and they are open ALLTHETIME. plus when you have $ 5 in your bank account on friday. and you buy a pack of smokes. you’ll still have $ 5 in your account all through the weekend. and they all go out on Monday. of course. but you have 3 days to get the money to put into your account. maybe this is just a perk for me. this 7-eleven doesn’t have the indians. nor the mexicans running it. it’s run by south east asianers. or something. 2 girls that look like sisters. and the guys all seem to be friends too. they get mad when i try to buy too many buy one get one free parliment lights. but then. they always let me. sometimes they even check the back to see if they have any more. i’ll be commenting shortly about the other 7-Elevens in the area as well. and how their ethnic employees/employers make a difference. also note. the parking lot sucks here. from the drunkees who park in 2 spots. the asians that back up –55 miles an hr. that’s(NEGATIVE.) who are going to new japan. then there are the people running in and out for their dry cleaning. and there’s also the subway which people are running in and out of and hopping in their car. oh and watch out for the VA members who camp out here. asking for change.

I feel kind of wrong loving any 7-eleven the way I love this 7-eleven(and I feel especially bad loving this crazy-infested, bizarre-o magnet 7-eleven) but I do — I really, really do love this place. Perhaps it is because when I moved here I lived on individual servings of froot loops and 7-eleven coffee. Perhaps it is because they always give me quarters when I need quarters, even rolls of quarters if you catch the right guy. Could it be because they have an extensive ice cream selection? Or maybe the fact that they have apples every day. It could also be that I genuinely like their coffee(lay off, I’m a simple girl!!). And they always have my favorite flavor gum, which not every place stocks. Whatever it is, I’m glad that it’s only a block away and readily accessible at all times of the day and night. There are downfalls. The same gross blast of air that you get at the smelly Von’s down the street blows on you when you open the door here. Since I live near the VA this place is heavily populated by some, um, eccentric types(read: crazy). Regardless, I’m loyal to my 7-eleven and I feel bad about that but I’m shouting it loud and proud right now. My dirty little secret is out! 7-eleven, I LOVEYOU!!!
